m using mobile. So cant write more. But when i am back on my laptop. I will write as much i know about every picture you will post.

This Sunehra Makan or Golden House had beautiful murals and GOLD PAINTINGS. Their is a pavillion on top of this structure.

In the excavation/restoration done by Archeological Survey of India in 1925, around this building was found stone eaves/rallings supported on heavy brackets. These were carved and had following scenes - One scene showed Lord Rama attended by Hanuman, another had a pair of geese, and many other imagery inspired by Hindu art.

It was in Gold hence called Golden Makan. Thnx for these Radha - Krishna paintings. This house is also called Marium ka Makan. It stands south - east of Panch Mahal. I remember this right now. Will add more.

A BIG thanx. Seeing something, which i have read, in pictures is very soothing.

Ruq hojra with Hindu architecture and paintings too๐Ÿ˜• They say MUZ was not Jodha during her lifetime and then we have Jodha palace, when we already have Mariam Makan, Sunehra palace in the same fort. Also summer/winter palaces are there. Sorry, if I sound in doubt, but I am actually confused on why so many palaces in the same place๐Ÿ˜• The confusion is more so because when I read a guide on FS (which spoke about structures in FS and to whom it belonged) it gave a somewhat different picture.๐Ÿฅฑ Only the real Akbar-Jodha and others at that time, could really tell who lived where, at which period and who used it after them.

Abhay --- Thanks a lot for some wonderful Akbar mausoleum pictures. Is it the same one that Ela covered last time (I mean Akbar tomb)? Your historic details are a great addition to the pictures, as they give a great insight into them.
And again, what is this๐Ÿฅฑ Suju entered harem to meet HK๐Ÿฅฑ Jallu doubted her๐Ÿฅฑ Now what do I say๐Ÿฅฑ Is there any chance that during his doubt, he didn't banish her but avoided her (due to anger) and this matter was kept private and never made to the books๐Ÿฅฑ
So many questions, so many doubts. Kash we could get an interview with real JA-JO

Kash ek time machine hota to hum sab 15th century main chale jate...jokes apart we were making fun of cv's n jalal's spy network and agra's secutiry that any one cud get into agra mahal..but this is d bitter truth..guess akbar had the worst spy network n secutiy team n real also..that's y so many attacks on him and this benazir and sujamal as KS also...though he is considered to be d greatest king but wen it comes to relationships noone was loyal to him expect MUZ...thats y he loved her so much..we should appreciate ekta for this..she is showing what happd in history.. once again thanks abahy for taking such efforts...we all thought this KS track is just a fiction...

The guide which you are telling says that Akbar built that MAIN MUZ palace for his daughter in law.๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜•๐Ÿคฃ ROFL..Akbar's DIL came after 1586 and FS was abandoned around 1584. ๐Ÿ˜‰ (though some minor additions were made, but the royalty vacated that place somewhat.๐Ÿ˜Š) Then Why will Akbar build that MUZ Palace for his DIL.?.๐Ÿคฃ..Why are you getting confused.?.๐Ÿ˜†..BTW, People EVEN say that FS construction started after Salim's birth in 1569. But even the inscriptions on the structures of FS tell a different story.๐Ÿ˜† When YOU can get REAL evidences, then why are you confused. ๐Ÿ˜‰...
See this link:

Did You notice in this LINK, when DID FS construction started.?. And what all people say.?.๐Ÿ˜‰

ALL YOU need is START your OWn research and find yourself.๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Abhay --- Thanks for clearing that Mariam Makan & Sunehra(Golden) Palace are the same๐Ÿ˜Š
Yes, I agree Gem. This history is not even 500 years old. We have the historical constructions in place too. But its details has been deliberately damaged/destroyed/altered in such a way that despite the constructions we are not entirely convinced of whom it belonged too. Way too much wrong info has made its way, the reason why many are misinformed and only a few have access to the actual facts (Abhay thanks for enlightening us).
Attacks (Vishkanya entering harem), Suju (as KS) entering harem are big security lapses. I thought JA was exaggerating it. Abhi aur kya bolu Harem seems to be an easy entry point for them

Thanks for your valuable comments Abhay. Most of my doubts are cleared now๐Ÿ˜› But I need to find the person who started this saying that if you sit at height it signifies royalty๐Ÿ˜† The bed in his bedroom is at height. What if there is a sudden attack. Bechara Akbar had to literally jump then๐Ÿ˜† You are right about the guide thing that says Jodha Palace was built for DIL Now what do I say. When we have literally no access to the right info and even when published (I think government) guide (booklet) says the same, we tend to believe them๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก
Waiting for your information... A big THANKS again for clearing most of my doubts.๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

1.

Buland Darwaza contains, an inscription dated 1601 which announces the victory of Akbar over Khandesh, over the central arch, to the right. This inscription is partly in Arabic and partly in Persian. So, "some historians๐Ÿ˜†" feel that this was built in 1601.

But, if you read the Muntakhab-ut-Tawarikh by Badayuni, then he has mentioned that Akbar after the victory of Gujarat in 1572-73, erected this big Darwaza.๐Ÿ˜•

(This book contains Akbar's history till about 1594...So, you see this was written before 1601, and mentions Buland Darwaza.)

Why i remember this is because
, Badayuni has praised Akbar for killing infidels.๐Ÿคข

(Did not want to write all this, but just to PROVE that this was erected in 1570's.๐Ÿ˜•.)

2.

That palace or kitchen does not stands in mardana section.
See this map..

The thing which says "MIRIAM". Near that you have kitchen.

And, the thing which says JODHBAI, is her main palace complex.๐Ÿ˜Š

And, as i said earlier, Turkish Sultana House is near Mardana..

So, here it can be easily seen that, the Tukish Sultana House, which is near ANUP TALAO (see in picture), is near Mardana section. Infact, Turkish Sultana house is on North-East of this Anup Talao, making it even more close to MALE quarters.๐Ÿ˜•

It can be easily seen that, ANUP TALAO is on one side, near MALE quarters.

And, "MIRIAM" and "JODHBAI" structures are on another side..

Infact that Daftar Khana and Anup Talao side on right can be treated as Mardana section.

And, the other complex of MIRIAM, JODHBAI,etc. on left can be roughly taken as Zanana.

Also, if you can visualize then, bottom of Anup Talao, is a small rectangular box. That is location of Akbar's khawabgah. And, from here to "JODHBAI", structure there was a covered passage, connecting JODHBAI palace complex to Akbar's khawabgah.๐Ÿ˜Š

Now, what has been mentioned in ASI archives is that, till FEW YEARS BACK, that passage was there. But, recently they have removed it, during some excavation in 1999-2000.

Note:
Miriam = Sunahra Makan.
Jodhbai Structure = MUZ palace complex.

***********************************************************************************************************

3.

Ibadat Khana was used for debates. But, Turkish Sultana house was also used as an important religious place, and explicit documentation is given in chronicles, and also, it was used for repose purposes. Biggest thing is it's location close to Mardana quarters.๐Ÿ˜•

************************************************************************************************************

Hope this much, dispels any doubt ..!..
