To be honest, I am confused too. Thanks Shraddha for posting- you seem a bit dull today?

(2) The perceptive Jodha: I liked how Jodha sensed that Jalal and her were drifting apart and it actually matters to her that there is a distance. This seems to be different from after the Shove when they began drifting apart ... Then she never expressed her concern. Now she is ... Now the question is what she will do about it.

Perceptive? Finally she's able to sense at least something Divi.. perceptive is a very strong word.. I'd say she's growing more insecure without still being able to even sense what could be the cause.. 😕

That is progress with Jodha!

I am still not sure how she told him I have not hidden anything but still not get the hint that he might have heard about her night activities and know about her meetings with Sujamal. This is where I claim CVs are not consistent because Jodha is very smart and perceptive.

Jodha is smart and perceptive when it involves all others.. but, when it comes to Jalal...

Isn't our Jalal the exact opposite? Smartest when it comes to Jodha? Kya Jodi Hai!

(3) The lonely Jalal: My heart still goes out to the lonely Jalal though I agree he can ask her directly and he will finally do it tomorrow. After the Salima/Rahim scene, I loved his description of how lonely he was feeling and what happens when a Begum stops supporting him. It was very touching. I also liked his statement that she talks to him but does not tell him anything after the Mazhar case. It showed how much the hurt was stemming from her not trusting him and not from the fact that she met another man.

He asked her DIRECTLY where she'd gone out that night

Her answer - as he knows of now - is a lie..

well, he could ask, who did you go to see? That is what a normal person would have asked, no?

His ego has taken a beating since...(as it would for ANYONE if we thought our loved one is lying to us - whatever the reason may be...hell, if my mom lied to me, I'd be sulking ... waiting for her to come speak to me.. for a day or two and then finally pour out.. Jalal is being EXCEPTIONALLY accomodative as far as I am concerned😕)

He is being accomodative ... But CVs are ready to make him the culprit again

I wouldn't think it's wrong for him to wait 2-3 days for her to come to him and for him to see if she's gonna come clear the air of her own accord... he thinks 'if she's lying or hiding, there's a cause and she'll speak to me about it' it also gives him an idea as to where they stand..

That was Hamida Bano's advice

It's his ego about her mistrust that's killing him and that's transferring into hinting, telling her she can trust him, teasing, taunting everything after that...he's a man, not a saint😭

I don't think it is ego- though you read Jalal better- it is just hurt and sense of failure that he could not earn her trust- what more can the poor guy do?

2-3 days he waited and could take it no more..

Especially when Jodha starts calling his correct decision a wrong one!

While the whole begum going out at night and Shehenshah standing back and watching makes no logical sense (especially safety/logistics wise) his reactions thereafter seem like very very normal human reaction to me.. that's what he says in the promo na.. I waited so long for you to tell me, but you didn't.. 😕

Finally, he acts like a normal human being and he will start being the culprit!

I also don't know why he's shouldering equal blame for this fiasco...in Tasneem track Jalal was silly but its not Jodha's fault that he was... similarly in Ben too.. here, Jodha is silly and its not Jalal's fault in anyway as far as I am concerned

He is going to get complete blame for this fiasco!

(4) Jalal did not take out his anger on the Mazher case: The Mazher case today reminded me of the adultery case that came during the fake pregnancy track. Then, Jalal took his anger on Jodha on the lady and punished her to be stoned. Here, I like how Jalal did not seem to do that at all. He left the decision to Mazhar and told the lover she had already been punished by losing her lover's trust. I do not think Jalal made any statement on whether he supported the friend or the lover ... He just let Mazhar make the decision which is what it always should have been. Not sure if anyone else felt this ...

he was absolutely fantastic...he left it upon Mazhar to decide...

I only don't understand why Jodha's interfering here...didn't make much sense to me.. 😕

Jalal rocked as a Shehenshah here- I actually love how he told off Mazhar that you are telling me you don't need the month I gave you. Glad to see him as a ruler.

(5) The precap we are finally waiting for has finally come... The fact that it is coming on a Tuesday is itself is happy news as then it looks like this track will be ending this week as we all know how Sujamal will enter the palace. Glad Ruqs is hiring these folks! 😆But, here are two things I liked about Jalal's upcoming explosion:

- He first said Taqliya ... So this is not a public insult

- He clearly states that I am not upset because you met a ghair mard but because you hid it from me!

My only complaint after all this is from the spoilers.. that state that Jalal apologizes to everyone for his fault - Jodha, Sujamal everyone Sujamal is an enemy of the state.. he attacked Mewat..so, I don't understand what exactly wrong has Jalal done in this track so far...

is it that he didn't ask her directly... but then, he did and she lied the first instance (for whatever reason) ...

And if he is apologizing why isn't she for hiding it from him? Not fair!

I have come to the hope that he will apologize for telling her to leave ... Not screaming at her. That might have been too rough a decision. For Sujamal, he may apologize for thinking he was unethical. Jalal is generous enough to admit he was wrong on these two fronts.

A lot of today's episode footage was spent on Adam Khan and Pir Mohammed. While I am sure it was of historical significance and likely is another step towards Adham Khan's downfall, I will put it in my take 5 when it actually gets closer to Adham Khan's downfall.

The Peer Mohammed dunking scene was quite violent...felt so bad seeing how those guys were doing that to an old man..

I had to change the channel ... We ask for action and see what we get!

Jalal committed a lot of mistakes during Tasneem and Ben, but he took the blame sought forgiveness - and Jo (and most of the audience) have forgiven him...

If she accepted her faults at the end of this and apologized, I'm sure Jalal would be flat.. and we'd all love her.. (feel like running and giving her a hug in fact 😆)

Instead, again she's proved right and he's saying sorry sorry sorry mujhe maaf kardo sab

my only complaint is why is HE turned culprit at the end of it all and apologizing ALL THE TIME ..

Sad but true. Even worse fact is most SWs are women esp Ekta production house.😭😭 The deliberate attempt to play down one character against another is so pitiful esp when the story is about both of them. Can you remember a single Jodha dialogue as much as you can recollect nearly all of Jalal's dialogues?

In the first meeting as u said i agree with u that the matters did not escalate. She repented later not telling him about Suja as Suja had taken that promise. And all this happened all of sudden.

Before this our DEAR MOTI played the spoil sport by giving that advice. And succeeded in getting fear planted in Jodha's mind.

Hence in my comment i mentioned that the situations which were shown to us were quite absurd. As if the CV's are deliberately creating MU.


BTW, even in my dreams i have NOT read that any Mughal Begum can go out at night..Rofl...


Yes Jalal is hurt and at many places i have written that he needs to vent out. I do NOT hold him wrong here.

Afterall the circumstances have created a deliberate MisUnderstanding here.
I only expect some sensible future tracks now.

Agreed Jodha is at fault- There is no doubt and ought to apologise.

But is her fault and mistake grave enough to banish her from Agra? Am not sure.

So what I would like it is, if they both apologize.First Jodha and then Him. Her for getting carried away and doing what she did, him going to extremes and sending her away.
