She is in denial right now abt the growing closeness between Jodha n Jalal. She
will definitely make some mistakes in the time required for her to understand
that people can't help whom they fall in love with. Each character in this
serial had a phase where their actions were questioned to extreme, be it Jalal
during MC track or Jodha during Sukanya's wedding. The learning curve for Ruk
has started and she has to reach to a height first from where the fall can result
in max impact on her character makeover. And I think Jalal will be there for
her at that time. Even though there are predictions n history proofs that Jalal
might stop taking to her, I think he might provide her with emotional support required.
He is not the character to easily let go of his loved ones even when they go
against him. Example is the BK case where he publicly goes against Jalal, but
when BK stood in front of the Shahi Gate Jalal was ready to forget everything n
asked him to take his place back.
As for the shouting of
Ruk for Krishna Murti issue, I think Jalal was hurt because Ruk acted against his
view of his BEK. For Jalal, Ruk has always been 'Insaaf Pasand' (as shown in
the case where she gives her gift of tax money to Salima n Rahim). So when she
has done something that goes entirelyagainst the Mugal
Law, it was the breaking point for him. See he mentions something like "I
thought you will play fair for the elections but you have lost hope at the
starting itself". I think he is not mostly mad that the trick was played
against Jodha (maybe in some part of his now existing heart) but the idea that
his childhood friend and BEK whom he regarded as the 'INSAAF PASAND"
individual in his life has done something so mean and played with the other
begums and bandhis feelings, has hurt him the most n resulted in his lashing.
As for his saying to
not give him unasked advise at the harem meeting, we should look at the scene
completely. In the previous dialogue he clearly says that whoever has done this
can come to me and accept it privately otherwise I will consider it as
'Sehanshah ko lalrkarna aur sehanshah ko lalrkarne ka anjam aap sab jante hai'.
He already knew that Ruk was the culprit and he was indirectly telling her to
come to him and confess he may even pardon her. But the stupid girl what does
she do..she goes on saying that it is a taab on mugal saltanat. So what should
a sheheshah/friend/husband should do when she is not even interested in
listening to the chance he gave her ? So he replied her to shut up. But even at
this stage he was not ready to degrade her infront of everyone. This shows that
he cares or even loves her in his own different way. And I think that she will
be given more n more chances where he goes along with her tantrums n chaals
given he can relate to her pain/changing conditions.
