It was amazing to see the smile on Jalal's face when he thought it was jodha who had come to meet him and then how disinterested and aloof he sounded and looked while talking to ruqqaiya. Even her plans to spend time with him, he was like ok but not excited whereas as soon as jodha comes to meet him he is smiling and happy like a kid at a carnival. So even though ruqqaiya has the time to spend with Jalal he doesn't have the heart to spend it with her.

i feel it has more to do with what she did to win the harem elections and also ruku-jalal have still not sorted the issue out,he was so angry at her and she is behaving as if nothing happened.
