What is wrong with rajat now?

As much as i used to like his acting in prithviraj now i am totally hating his acting as akbar. what is wrong with rajat? He is best when he is natural. He is trying in Akbar too much. His cringy face and smirks makes me highly annoyed. He is good when he acts naturally. His wide eyes and way of talking just not delievers in scenes. I know many will not agree with me but i am really not liking his acting at all. Paridhi is natural. Rajat and Lavina should work in their dialogue delievery. And for god sake stop that smirk. I do not feel the magnificent akbar on screen.

The scenes between Akdha are neither romantic nor passionate. Jalal cares for ruqayah and does not show guts of going against her when she is wrong. He is a shehnshah, why ruqyaha calls him jalal? I think cvs should see muhetesem yuzyil, a turkish show. Then they will understand what true harem means and how a ruler and his queen should act.I think ruqayah's character is degraded on purpose. Smiley was far better than laving and poor soul was kicked out of the show because she potryaed the character correctly.

Everything is wrong with the show. Except homewives i dont' think any sensible person watches this show. I will also quit if they do not improve it.

These were just my views. I did not mean to hurt anyone.

i completely disagree! rajat is the only reason i watch this show! i did not know rajat at all! i started watching this show after my friend's recommendation..when i started watching i did not know rajat or paridhi..but i was impressed by rajat's acting more, although paridhi is also a very good actress..but rajat's scenes and his dialogue delivery is what has hooked me on to the show..and he got the best actor award at star guild awards and at zee rishte awards for a reason...you are the only one so far who has complained about his acting..in fact i have yet to see an actor who can pull such a role with such perfection..rajat has indeed done a commendable job and the trps say it all!

only forum member thinks like this. i like rajat too and he can do far better than what he is doing in the show. its because he is in pressure to give his best but he is actually doing it all wrong. he should act naturally like he used to do in prithviraj. his smirk and dialogue delivery is the main problem. his look is perfect if not apt. also you are saying this because you love rajat. thats not wrong though.😆

exactly my case. I did not watch Rajat b4 JA n now Rajat is the only reason m watching JA. Those smirks are just deadly ya.. how can u not like them.. 😲

i am a die heart fan of his smirks😳..and dialogue delivery is bang on most of the times!..i started liking rajat after watching the show i had no clue who he was before..i was not a seasoned fan of his😊

Absolutely, completely and fully disagree with you. 😃

Rajat Tokas is one of the main reasons or probably one of the biggest reasons people watch this show including me.

Also even though you are completely entitled to an opinion but wouldn't u say hate is too strong a word to be used on his acting, which is getting accolades through the awards he is winning for this show and the TRPs the show gets.

Haven't watched any of his previous shows but I can honestly say that whenever I watch him onscreen as Jalal the first thing that comes to my mind is "Mannn he is an exceptional actor, one of the best"

Also regarding what goes on between AkDha and Ruqs on screen is no way his fault, he is just following the script thats been given to him .

PS.. I am not a housewife and contrary to your belief most of the people in the forum (not all) are in their early or mid twenties, somebody had made a post asking about the age of the forumites, read that post not guessing 😆

I completely disagree perhaps rajat was the only person who could have portrayed young akbar so well.He has imbibed himself in the role so well that I think when we think of akbar he will be third name to be remembered after PRK and HR.the actor is young in age but deep in talent I just cant forget the way he acted when the fort issue was raised at sukanyas wedding, I had goosebumps. he is simply marvellous as Akbar, whenever he delivers less it can be bad editing, bad screenplay and also bad day of an actor..we all have bad days at work and home dont we because we are human beings. The daily soap actors work under tremendous pressure they deserve a bigger round of applause than actors of other genres.

Rajat is the best in the young lot... and he has a great future ahead.

P.S. I'm also not an housewife I'm a working woman. .but still after an hectic day manage to peek here .. coz of Rajat and the show

may be y r not liking jalal because there is nothing to do for him in this show...

...even though lavina is showing bad here when ever she smiles sweetly or crys rukayya looks very sweet and innocent may be thts why they are making her to do over acting.

Rajat can lift n does lift the boring akdha scene or any other scene (these days there almost none solo scenes of jalal) with his remarkable dialogue delivery and expressions...

now when most power ful character of show ..the emperor Akbar showing so week, doing nothing n good for nothing then the actor suffers. when people start bore with a character they starting to dislike actor too ...

god do mercy on the legend of our history Akbar the great and living legend the rajat tokas... this show is total let down for both

Rajat and Paridhi's sizzling chemistry , Rajat' extraordinary and exemplary acting , the characterization of Jalaal are the reasons for me to watch the show ... for me Rajat =Jalaal. Rajat and Paridhi both are doing their job excellently.. they in fact relive as AkDha
