Obviously the viewers would get bored of Akbar's smirks because that is the only kind of scene the CVSs have shown him doing...you're right he IS REPETITIVE lately...
where you went wrong is in asking What's wrong with RT, when the fault is with the CVsNot convinced?Remember the cruelty in his eyes when he swirled that sword in his palm while sitting in a tent - when he got that first news of Amer?Remember the way he broke down after BK's death and even more so after Jodha's vishpaan?Remember the cute manner in which he slept on MA's lap in one of their first scenes together?Remember the playful expressions on his face when he first came to witness his choti saali'sRemember the 'smitten' expression on his face when he saw Jodha for the first time in her palanquin during Ganghaur?Remember the rage in his eyes when he saved Jodha from the suicide attempt?Remember the toned-down genial expressions he had as commoner Badal?Remember the soft concern on his face whenever he stands beside Jodha near the Tarazu?Remember the glum happiness on a fatherless king's face as he saw his pregnant sister being awarded gifts by his wives? So, when the capable dude ^^^^ has been having monotonous expressions lately whose fault is it? RT's or the CVs?😛If both our leads have been lauded and won so many accolades within 6 months of launch (which is no ordinary feat) there is a reason it has been done so!😊 So, don't be disheartened - the scenes may look tired (which I agree) just like how Ruqs is appearing screechy all the time... but, that's how the creatives are outlining the show lately!Had RT been acting like the innocent kid in PRC here too, it would only mean he doesn't have the expertise to carry out a varied range of expressions - because Jalal-ud-din Muhammed is NOT Prithviraj Chauhan! 😊
