Nice post. Your post is better than the episode itself in which Jalal-BB scene was the only one that stood out.The precap was postponed.😡😭

Sandhya I agree to your point. But there are 2 justice systems one for rich and one for poor, that is true even today
I am waiting to see how Sharif will be pardoned, I hope Jodha does not ask for it
But suppose she makes a point that Sharif gave the vital information that Ben was planning to kill before Nikah and Sharif helped save Jalal's life then he saved the life of an emporar
Adham has got pardon even when he killed innocents before
BUT WHEN he KILLS Adga Khan since he was such an important part of Jalal's Darbar, HIS relative and also after that Adham goes on rampage in haram all this PLUS Jalal only tolerates Adham for Mayhem's sake he has no real feelings for him - Adham will be meted instant justice, I thin in JA movie Adham also tried to attack Jalal - so each case is different
BTW - if Mayhem was present when Adham is killed I am sure even if Javeda was not pregnant she would have used that excuse to spare Adham's life
Again I am just guessing this but then when it comes to rich and powerful every argument is in their favor
Will a peasant dare to make such an argument to Shehenshah! Your guess is as good

Maddy,Your two streams of justice is a hard reality indeed. The peasant will be sar kalmofied for even making such a suggestion.Jodha can forgive BB and Shariffu as she is the prime offended in the case. The argument should end there and Jalal could let Shariffu and BB out due to Jodha's request like he consented to Ruqaiya's and Mirza Hakim's request. But no! It will leave it equal to Ruqaiya forgiving Adham. There had to be something more to Jodha's forgivance. So this nirdosh baalak bhaashan. The CVs have tried to make it sound as though she has appealed to the brother and not the king...but the whole part of the argument came out hollow. As Kajri, she shined with the man in Jalal and not the king. Was that not enough? Couldn't they have extended that. They don't have to ' appeal to the man, appeal to the brother...not the king' everytime, because it is ultimately the king that has to forgive in all these cases.I was just quoting AK as an example. But forgiving any criminal, rich or poor, just because their children will be affected is far from justice.
