Nice post. Your post is better than the episode itself in which Jalal-BB scene was the only one that stood out.
The precap was postponed.😡😭

Thank you!😛

I am waiting to see how Sharif will be pardoned, I hope Jodha does not ask for it
But suppose she makes a point that Sharif gave the vital information that Ben was planning to kill before Nikah and Sharif helped save Jalal's life then he saved the life of an emporar

Adham has got pardon even when he killed innocents before
BUT WHEN he KILLS Adga Khan since he was such an important part of Jalal's Darbar, HIS relative and also after that Adham goes on rampage in haram all this PLUS Jalal only tolerates Adham for Mayhem's sake he has no real feelings for him - Adham will be meted instant justice, I thin in JA movie Adham also tried to attack Jalal - so each case is different

BTW - if Mayhem was present when Adham is killed I am sure even if Javeda was not pregnant she would have used that excuse to spare Adham's life

Again I am just guessing this but then when it comes to rich and powerful every argument is in their favor
Will a peasant dare to make such an argument to Shehenshah! Your guess is as good

Maddy,
Your two streams of justice is a hard reality indeed. Ouch The peasant will be sar kalmofied for even making such a suggestion.
Jodha can forgive BB and Shariffu as she is the prime offended in the case. The argument should end there and Jalal could let Shariffu and BB out due to Jodha's request like he consented to Ruqaiya's and Mirza Hakim's request.
But no! It will leave it equal to Ruqaiya forgiving Adham. There had to be something more to Jodha's forgivance. So this nirdosh baalak bhaashan. The CVs have tried to make it sound as though she has appealed to the brother and not the king...but the whole part of the argument came out hollow. As Kajri, she shined with the man in Jalal and not the king. Was that not enough? Couldn't they have extended that. They don't have to ' appeal to the man, appeal to the brother...not the king' everytime, because it is ultimately the king that has to forgive in all these cases.
I was just quoting AK as an example. But forgiving any criminal, rich or poor, just because their children will be affected is far from justice.

I had actually agreed with Jalal when he had said BB had not just harmed Jodha but him also.
Jodha was plotted against because Sharif has designs on her (😕) but against Jalal it was done against him as well as Shehenshah

What did trouble him more insult against him as a man by his loving sister or a blot on Shehenshah since it was announced that he will get a heir? And it was done AGAINST SHEHENSHA'S BEGUM?

So Jalal was wounded from both sides, I wonder which was more important to him?
Clearly the brother has forgiven here not the Shehenshah

Have you read my reply to skanda, one newbie has made a comment about this and I have copied it in my post

I think Jodha appealed to the man because she felt insulted more as a woman than as a Begum and so she considers similarly that it hurt brother more than Shehenshah

Interesting debate on justice- I would love to get all your thoughts on a question I had in my mind.

Kids without the saaya of their parents was always a soft spot for Jalal- do you remember earlier there was an instance with a poor Hindu couple and their son- he put the couple in jail but then when he saw the boy alone asking what is the order for him he melted and forgave him. So, he has pardoned folks before- Though Adham Khan tried calling him out for it.

That being said ... He is not very consistent. During the fake pregnancy track, he was so angry he ordered that a pregnant women- due to her affair- be stoned. This was when he imagined himself and Jodha as the couple.

But then Hamida made him forgive one of his own begums for having a child with someone else.

The CVs are not being very consistent on Jalal's justice views- and it is not only with his relatives.

I guess we can add it to the list of CVs inconsistencies but would love your thoughts if you have any or perhaps they are trying to show he is impulsive at times.

very beautiful analysis , Mansi... very positive...

but one complaint i have to make, and that too only abt urself, and u only have to answer it...

u know, it's only coz of u we r getting the same precap, repeated one more day... remember in ur last post, u had said that u r so 'captivated' (my word for u) by the precap, that u can watch it for the full day... and ur connection with Balaji is so strong, that they give in to ur wish, and gave u one more day to watch it... so keep enjoying...😉😆😆

just kidding... but yest after watching the same precap, i first remembered u and said to myself, why Mansi wished it???

ok...so abt the episode...yes, the episode was good if not very beautiful... and it certainly Jo capivating Jalal's mind and life... and yes, MA have guessed it right... hope Ruku doesn't understand it so soon, before AkDha exchange those words of love for eachother... which i m hoping next week..

did u noticed the expressions in his eyes while he gets BB back to her room, and makes her sit carefully and then turns to look at Jo... that time the look , he gives her... mindblowing... it has every expression in it, which Jalal wants to share with Jo, but can't say it...

i loved their scene together... even without touching eachother , they were together all the time...and Jo all the time looked like Jalal's Begum and not a rajvanshi shehzaadi... perfectly tuned to Mughal laws, and using it perfectly... i m sure, Just as he was moved by his words, he will be once again impressed by her forgiving nature and her purity that she puts others above herself, that she didn't care that Jalal might punish her for meeting BB, and even managed to make him understand /accept his own feelings... i m sure, in coming episode, we will see him talking to her abt it, once again testing her for her actions and her words... and that will be interesting to see.

abt precap, hope we don't get to see it again for tomorrow...
