Also in this "sleeping case" I suspect that Balaji themselves made a mess of Jalal's characterisation, making him look poor in decency, just to dramatize the jealousy of Ruq. The Zee guy also got caught unawares by this blooper in the charactersiation of Jalal, as much as we did. That's probably why he got so flustered himself whn our phone calls started asking awkward questions!

If we can get some direct line to Balalji Creatives it is worth telephoning. Otherwise I would cation everyone to stay off the phone calls to the Zee folks. I have already burnt my fingers ... so this is friendly and well-meant advice!

HONESTLY I COULD NOT enjoy yesterday's episode.

I have been thinking why not, because no matter what, JA is always in mind.

Bold line in red above, I was shocked and dismayed at Jalal leaving just recovering from death bed wife out in the open while he slept cosily in tent with Rukayya. I CANNOT respect a person who will do that to any woman, forget his own Begum who almost died to save his life

So every action of Jalal now has become shallow in my mind. Cos whatever his feelings, they are not of much value if he lacks basic human decency towards his own wife, who is ready to die for him.

Sorry for harping on this point if everybody has moved on beyond that. My pleasure in his love has become less

I am SURE Zee & PH NOW wants to slow the love track AFTER they got the desired TRPs out of using Jalal confession, THEY ARE GOING BACK ON THEIR WORDS IN A WAY by now trying to fobb off the soul confession as Jodha's dream, that Jalal STILL DOES NOT KNOW HE LOVES JODHA.😡

It is ridiculous and preposterous of zee to say this because Jodha who did not want to live, HERSELF makes up the stuff in her mind that Jalal confessed his love SO SHE ON HER OWN again decided to live😡

It is pathetic on zee's part to turn such super scene into a gross foolish one with such justifications. They are lowering the dignity of their own creatives by making such claims and treating viewers with such disdain

Looks like our Rukayya Begum the TRP No.1 has gone to their heads.

I am NOW going to think get lost to zee (cos I read your explanations today and yesterday as well also Ela's and Malika's feedback) I will not let THEM spoil my pleasure of watching JA

I am sure PH & CVs HAVE CHANGED THEIR MINDS ABOUT PROGRESS OF LOVE TRACK after seeing the TRPs so till they get another kick they will do what they please.

As for Jodha's planned humiliation by Ruk-Mayhem what else is new? HOW the so called in love Jalal reacts is what I will see.😡

Sharifuddin keeps professing love for Jodha in jail. So I am dreading that it will be some kind of cast doubt on Jodha's character MU they are planning. If it was NOT so why Sharif talks about Jodha in this way, he could have just talked about how he can use her to get out of jail. He keeps spouting love about Jodha so that makes me sure it is going to be try to blot Jodha's character in big way MU to come.

Whether they use Sujamal for this MU or not I am thinking they are planning something bad big for Jodha, how Jalal will react? Like Rukayya-Mayhem TELL him to🤢

As you say, Jodha may be feeling very supportive of Bakshi because when she herself had that fake pregnancy and she thought it was real, the father of the child (Jalal) at first was not supporting her, but later he did.

Maybe Jodha remembers how a woman who is pregnant feels since she knows what it will be like if the father of the baby is not supportive and how it then changes when he becomes supportive.

Maybe that is why she is so vehement that Sharif should be freed to be at Bakshi's side in this pregnancy?

Mansi, he had already blessed her that during his visit to Agra in the initial days of their marriage. That was when HB talked about her mnnath to walk to Ajmeir Darghah. That was sidelined due to Ruqu's pregnancy and MC track.

Maddy, I know what you are feeling because yesterday I was in the same place myself. But I want to give you a few pointers to see the whole thing with a bit of perspective change that I think will help you as it helped me ...

1. Regarding the sleeping scene: I agree with you it was a terrible mistake in the characterisation. The creative thought, no doubt, that they were exposing the fullblown jealousy of Ruq, bbut in the process they made Jalal look like an ass. Buut when so much of negative feedback has now gone to them regarding this I am sure they will be doubly careful in future. But we have to accept also three things:

a. It is not jalal who behaved poorly, it is the Creatives that made his character behave poorly. If we shift the blame for what happened to the Creatives (who are the real culprits) our anger against Jalal will go away. That's what I did for my own anger to cool down.

b. It looks like Jalal is playing the game of attrition with Ruq as I stated in my post. That is, he will not be openly rubbing it in Ruq's face that he loves Jodha more. He has a long-standing connection with Ruq and probably does not want to hurt her by being abrupt with her. In that case he may prefer that Ruq herself should reconcile slowly to the idea that he is in love with Jodha. He is playing for time to heal Ruq's jealousy and wounds, and while it does not suit us if he is so slow, some people do find that route of allowing things to heal naturally as a good route to follow, and he could be right in way as his method may cause least upheaval over time. Time is the greatest healer and he may be following that dictum. Meanwhile he may also leave Jodha to get accustomed to Ruq as she too has to learn to go along with the situation as in the ground reality and not hope for miraculous changes in REuq. After all Ruq has been there longer and Jodha is relatively recent in Agra and so Jodha has to adjust more than Ruq. That may be his point of view. If we can accept that again we can tolerate his methods and not crib about it. Anyway what choice do we have. We also have to go along with what is shown to us and reconcile to it if we want to enhoy the rest of the story and not get stuck in one or two situations we don't like.

3. Regarding what Zee said about the soul talk, please ignore all that was said by Zee. As Abie has written also, we all can see that Jalal has declared his love of Jodha to God at the mzhar even before he said it in the soul talk to Jodha. he is clearly in love and knows he loves Jodha, that is why he is at every turn trying to see if Jodha feels the same way. When we are able to see this clearly why believe Zee? he is just tukka-maro-ing, and in any case the guy at Zee who is speaking to us is in a very low position hierarchically at Zee and is clearly not in Balaji's confidence. That man said some big things first about the storyline and then found that when screen events did not match what he said he had to cover up. But he is not "Zee". he is just a small cog in the big Zee world. he is neither the Creative Head nor the Channel Head. We need not take his words as gospel and then feel cheated when he backtracks. The very fact that he is backtracking on a daily basis shows he is talking through his hat!

4. Regarding Sharif there is not likely to be aa MU about Jodha-Sharif being a love item. If you remember Jalal has already been through the same kind of jealousy of Jodha's imagined "lover" in the fake pregnancy track. It is therefore highly unlikely that again the Creatives will show Jalal jealous of Sharif's love of Jodha. Some other form of enmity may be shown but not the same kind of stuff already shown.

I hope my explanations will help you to lose that sadness you feel and instead scale down your expectations (as I have done) because if we do not change ourselves we can't enjoy the rest of the serial and we'll get stuck in the one or two bad places of the serial and not be able to proceed from there towards enjoying the serial.
