In my opinion... none of the historical accounts or books are going to tell us about miscarriages that may have happened. It will only give account of surviving children and may be a passing reference to kids that died on birth.

So, having watched lots of Ekta's shows, am sure that she will take advantage of this fact and create drama. She will also run a disclaimer about this like she has been doing all along.
