Regarding the dhakka repetition it is natural that jalal repeats it. But why is jalal made to taunt her about only such things that is not her fault and going to be resolved. Only for another round of apology. He never taunted her for asking him to die anywhere but in amer.

These taunts are shifting the focus from the actual rejection and skll accusation as though the only thing that hurts him is his understanding that she misled him and nothing else.
