I just read the past few replies...but, my question is how can Jodha clarify anything when she does not know that MA had interpreted some silly things at the end..just like Jalal doesn't know that the last bits were an add-on...

as I'd mentioned earlier - we are expecting the leads to discuss about a NON-Entity... three lines of a letter that NEVER existed...it would be asking of too much logic and rationality to expect leads in a serial to clear MUs even on tangible things...and this is still something very twisted...and just hearsay..

Jalal hearing MA's words thinking them to be Jodha's

and Jodha wondering how a heartfelt thank you from her has been translated by the Shehenshah as a 'go ahead'

The letter (if not destroyed completely) needs to be de-coded by Rahim and I still think that's not happening till another mini-MU (at least of a few episode) takes place between the leads...because then that'll be too much of a continuous streak of positivity this month which the makers cannot afford

ur question is right, Lashy... right now Jo has no proof in her hand, and so she is silent... but then it's true, that she is unaware of MA's involvement in that... so only thing she can do is , try to make him come out of that night , by using any method, Any Damn Method... just get him forget and move on, coz right now she doesn't have any other choice...

Jalal keeps repeating that Jo called him to her hojra and then "Dhakka"ed him-this makes me think that he will is going to reveal the contents of the letter in the passing which will surely make Jo think..she will explain what had written then and that is where the matter of proof is going to play an important role..Probably,Jalal will accept this without proof and for jo,this show of humongous trust is going make her take the next step in their relationship -her revealation of her changed emotions for him..

No Diksha...there is no other 'method' for Jalal to move on or forget till the actual letter is decoded and truth comes out...he has been more hurt by this than any other form of betrayal in his life (and as a king he must have known of many betrayals)

As I said, it is because an egoistic emperor who was full of self-confidence in the past has now become insecure ...none of the other betrayals (his own sister betrayed him too) but none of it made him so insecure as a 'man'...an insecurity that he never knew could exist..and doesn't know how to tackle...

The only other time he'll be this shattered again is when he knows of MA's truth...thankfully, at that time Jodha will be there by his side to support him..

I don't think it will be happening at this stage Sangeetha...Jalal is at an odd juncture now where he will gladly trust Jodha with his life, with his mind BUT NOT WITH HIS HEART! That was his biggest guarded secret so long (and in a way now thus his most precious possession) that he's not going to let go so easily till he is 100% sure...

once beaten twice shy...for him the dhakka night is akin to a 1000 beatings...so he is very very very guarded...

Also look at it this way - don't you think that entire...*drumbeat* crescendo-styled climax..of Rahim playing around..finding the letter pieces in a corner..playing with it childishly...possibly misplacing it...decoding it slowly...etc etc is such a TRP garner and edge-of-the-seat climax that can stretch for an episode or two..do you think the makers would actually let go of this opportunity?

Besides, the makers have repeatedly told Ela that the letter will be decoded... so, me thinks that's how it'll proceed...😕

Lovely take here- love the underlined parts.

I think Jodha-Jalal can move on as long as Jodha comes forward and says I accept you / love you as my husband.

However, I always wondered what Jodha was going to say to Jalal about the shove the next day if MA had not put her in a bad mood. She did think she made a mistake.

I loved how you said that the entire episode was about two individuals stepping out from known world into an unknown world and merging with a common language/customs etc to discover the common theme 'love'

I also found another parallel between how Jodha stays silent now about the shove night and how Jalal used to stay silent when Jodha used to question him on his intentions/vachans...

He never argued back or spoke for himself despite the many times she suspected him wrongly (he teased, but there was no proper discussion on this per se)
It took the fake pregnancy track for Jodha to realize that Jalal never crossed the line on this issue (or had intentions to do so) and that he kept up his respect and her wish rather than a vachan (which actually didn't exist) That was the turning point for Jodha in this relationship. She never looked back!

Similarly Jodha now stays quiet (she is still semi-guilty about it) but she also knows he's mistaken in this semi-MU between them (primarily caused by MA)
When Jalal will realize that she's been quiet to respect his honour which had come crashing down that day, it'll be a turning point in their relationship for him! As it is, its this final thing that keeps from becoming totally hers...once he discovers the truth there's no looking back for him in this relationship!

there is... just like i have written in my above post ... right now Jo has to come two steps back... i know she is not wrong, but if this goes on like this, their relationship is not going on anywhere... if she can get him out of that rejection mode, with just one sorry of hers, then she should go for it... both of them showing Ego , is not going to help them...

trust me, i m fully Jo supporter right from start... and so saying sorry will not reduce her, but it will give her opportunity to win back the trust in his eyes, she has lost for no mistake of hers...

i always say, Jo is stronger than Jalal when it comes to handling emotions... and it's time , she should show that strength , coz right now he needs it more than anything...

That was a fab symbolic take Mansi 👏👏👏 ... loved how u divided their journey into various parts and dissecting each of them starting from the river of confusion to finally discovering each other through other's eyes to finally setting themselves free and getting to know each other just as husband and wife 😳

I thinkj the beauty of the journey lies in the fact that neither Jalal is a shehenshah right now nor Jodha is the begum .. both r in disguise of a common man living the typical life of a husband and wife who r going through various hurdles of life together and in the process getting to know each other's real self 👍🏼 ...

I loved the scene where Jalal in disguise compliments Jodha by giving her the full credit in Ben fiasco which mayb he would not hv done as a Shehenshah but as a common man he sheds all that inhibitions and ego of a shehenshah and compliments his wife 😳😳... Same goes for Jodha too , she makes sure that she too stays with her husband in same jail like a typical wife after Jalal refuses to pay tax for pilgrimage which mayb in normal circumstances was not possible if Jodha was not in disguise too 😳

So as common man , both r able to shed all those inhibitions , pride and ego of a Shehenshah and Begum , thus setting themselves free from all sorts of protocol and just living their life to the fullest like any other common husband and wife in love 😳😳

The way Jalal feeds Jodha with his own hands and Jodha blushes , all that was possible only because neither Jalal had to give any justification as Shehenshah nor Jodha had to hold back as Begum .. Both like any other husband-wife could enjoy that moment of togetherness in full public view without any fear or embarassment 😳😳

Also loved the scene when Jodha was travelling in palkhi and Jalal kept stealing glances at her which once again showed his growing affection and love for Jodha 😳😳... Earlier we had a similar scene too in Amer but that point of time Jalal was a proud Shehenshah who wanted to own Jodha as a token of his victory for Amer but today Jalal is just a husband who wants to own Jodha as his wife with true love and respect ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️... I do see a loop closure of sorts here with this Jodha going in Palkhi and Jalal giving those romantic looks to her .. in fact on both occasions Jalal was in disguise 😉 but only difference is this time Jodha is well aware of his presense and appreciates it too unlike last time 😃

Coming to precap , I see this another high point when Jodha and Jalal will bond over pain ... Jalal went insane when Jodha was struggling with her life and kept praying to every single God for her life , so now its Jodha's turn to show her madness and protect Jalal 😳

Rajat and Paridhi both were good with the Rajasthani dialect too 👏👏👏

Overall the whole journey of Jalal-Jodha is quite interesting to watch especially when u hv such light beautiful moments without any negativity 👍🏼

Jalal will trust Jodha, for saving his life or not hurting, but he wants more than that... he wants her love... and that only Jodha can give, if she can make him forget that night by any way...

waiting for that MU to clear, then before it clears, i m sure there will be one more... so forget AkDha being together... if she can't do it without that letter being read, then later, when rahim or somebody else will read that to him, still it will remain btw them, that he couldn't trust her, nor she can win his trust...

so better forget the letter , and strengthen the relationship by whatever way... letter jab padha jayega, to rishta aur mazboot hoga...

I understand what you are talking about..Rahim part and decoding of the letter can happen even after this "acceptance without proof" inturn which would actually downgrade Mahan's role in Jalal's life ..Jalal would ruminate on placing his trust on wrong people..this letter can also bring about the alienation of ruqqu as it would heighten jala's feelings for Jo and thereby increasing ruqqu's jealousy..
