I loved how you said that the entire episode was about two individuals stepping out from known world into an unknown world and merging with a common language/customs etc to discover the common theme 'love'

I also found another parallel between how Jodha stays silent now about the shove night and how Jalal used to stay silent when Jodha used to question him on his intentions/vachans...

He never argued back or spoke for himself despite the many times she suspected him wrongly (he teased, but there was no proper discussion on this per se)

It took the fake pregnancy track for Jodha to realize that Jalal never crossed the line on this issue (or had intentions to do so) and that he kept up his respect and her wish rather than a vachan (which actually didn't exist) That was the turning point for Jodha in this relationship. She never looked back!

Similarly Jodha now stays quiet (she is still semi-guilty about it) but she also knows he's mistaken in this semi-MU between them (primarily caused by MA)

When Jalal will realize that she's been quiet to respect his honour which had come crashing down that day, it'll be a turning point in their relationship for him! As it is, its this final thing that keeps from becoming totally hers...once he discovers the truth there's no looking back for him in this relationship!

I thinkj the beauty of the journey lies in the fact that neither Jalal is a shehenshah right now nor Jodha is the begum .. both r in disguise of a common man living the typical life of a husband and wife who r going through various hurdles of life together and in the process getting to know each other's real self 👍🏼 ...

That gives them freedom to be less formal and very illogical with each other too! In a way it "defreezes" them from their usual personalities and erases the past cribs, doesn't it?


I loved the scene where Jalal in disguise compliments Jodha by giving her the full credit in Ben fiasco which mayb he would not hv done as a Shehenshah but as a common man he sheds all that inhibitions and ego of a shehenshah and compliments his wife 😳😳... Same goes for Jodha too , she makes sure that she too stays with her husband in same jail like a typical wife after Jalal refuses to pay tax for pilgrimage which mayb in normal circumstances was not possible if Jodha was not in disguise too 😳

Yes Jyoti, the main thing is that these new disguises eliminate that ego-related stress in the relationship. See how they are having fun now with each other rather than being on edge?

So as common man , both r able to shed all those inhibitions , pride and ego of a Shehenshah and Begum , thus setting themselves free from all sorts of protocol and just living their life to the fullest like any other common husband and wife in love 😳😳

The way Jalal feeds Jodha with his own hands and Jodha blushes , all that was possible only because neither Jalal had to give any justification as Shehenshah nor Jodha had to hold back as Begum .. Both like any other husband-wife could enjoy that moment of togetherness in full public view without any fear or embarassment 😳😳

Also loved the scene when Jodha was travelling in palkhi and Jalal kept stealing glances at her which once again showed his growing affection and love for Jodha 😳😳... Earlier we had a similar scene too in Amer but that point of time Jalal was a proud Shehenshah who wanted to own Jodha as a token of his victory for Amer but today Jalal is just a husband who wants to own Jodha as his wife with true love and respect ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️... I do see a loop closure of sorts here with this Jodha going in Palkhi and Jalal giving those romantic looks to her .. in fact on both occasions Jalal was in disguise 😉 but only difference is this time Jodha is well aware of his presense and appreciates it too unlike last time 😃

That palki wala scene was almost a replica of Amer, but I too loved the way they both remember the past in this present moment. She also showed him that she remembers when she covers her payals with her skirt! And yes he was in disguise both times, which they both remember, of course!

Coming to precap , I see this another high point when Jodha and Jalal will bond over pain ... Jalal went insane when Jodha was struggling with her life and kept praying to every single God for her life , so now its Jodha's turn to show her madness and protect Jalal 😳

I foresee a bare body massage!😉😉😉😉😉


Rajat and Paridhi both were good with the Rajasthani dialect too 👏👏👏


Overall the whole journey of Jalal-Jodha is quite interesting to watch especially when u hv such light beautiful moments without any negativity 👍🏼

Thumbs up to this episode except for the Adham-Sharif-Javeeda-Maham time wasters!

Once before also Jalal had said that he trusts her completely but we all know what happened...I feel they both are standing on shaky grounds...and NO , trust can't be compartmentalized...

even I'm not getting why Jodha chooses to smile away at the dhakka discussion..probably she doesn't want to ruin the moment of them by bringing bitter issues in b/w...she is enjoying to the T.😳

but what I feel this MU will be sorted once they r back to Agra...varna bar bar same lines r repeat karne ki zaroorat nahi thi..besides, Jalal is stuck to that dhakka..he is miffed..ek taraf Jodha is drinking poison for him which is surely a gesture of her selfless love, doosri taraf, she is pushing him away which is a totally contrasting behavior..Jalal wants to clear this issue..he will not go further until Jodha gives him green signal.

RT has put on so much weight..and in this marwari look, he is looking more plumper..yes, I'm not liking it..whenever the flashback show up, I yell at CVs and him for gaining this much weight..yes, his height is a big disadvantage..but with this much weight, he looks more shorter than before..so what is the need of getting fatter ? on the other hand Pari has lost so much weight..I miss RT's Amer look a lot..in those initial days of JA, he used to at his best ! the sharper look, the lean body, his perfect jawline...I miss that Jalal a lot.

Totally agree with your point on Rajat's look. Thanks to his velvet jackets, much of the flab (ouch!) gets hidden. But yesterday when they showed Amer flashbacks, I realised how chubby (ouch, ouch!) he's become. Of course it has been evident in his face. His jawline (now on a holiday thanks to the beard) was prominent back then. I guess it's because of the fact that he couldn't work out much due to his foot injury, which at least till the Hojra episode was visibly bandaged. But, it doesn't make sense that the CVs should ask him to bulk up, he's Shahenshah, not a teddy bear at Archies. Hit the gym dude, fast!
