FF:Hum hein sirf aapke liye - Ch 9 First hug updated - Pg 8

I am silent viewer of this forum. Everyday morning I wake up and open only this forum.

These days I am only thinking about Jodha and Jalal. So, I attempted a FF. First thought of writing OS, but it turned up I have to write a very long one.

This is my first attempt, so any comments are welcome 😊

Chapter 1 - Jodha's sacrifice

It is almost midnight. But it is not yet end of the day for Jodha. She is worried and anxious that she is unable to stop Benazir from going to Jalal. Moreover no one in the palace except for Salima begum believes her. She sits in front of Kanha praying desperately and cursing her helplessness. Just then Moti came running to Jodha and said that Benazir is going to Jalal's room.

Jodha rushes to Jalal's room. Moti runs behind her. She wants to go inside and throw this vishkanya from Jalal's room but did not dare to do it. Jodha thought I will just wait here, but will keep an eye on them.

Inside Jalal's room, Benazir is offering grapes and wine to Jalal. Jalal is in no mood to entertain Benazir. His mind is thinking only about Jodha and the discussion he had with Hakim. Why does he feel weird whenever he thinks about Jodha? This weird feeling is neither painful nor joyful. It is kind of both. He is so angry on Jodha but cannot spend even a single day without seeing her. Maybe Ruqqaiya is correct, I am not the same Jalal when Jodha is around. Before I used to punish who ever made me angry. But I am different with Jodha. Why is she special?

Benazir observed that Jalal is not interested in her; his body is here but mind elsewhere. She thinks that now there is only one way to attack Jalal. She pours the wine in his glass and offers it to Jalal. Just when Jalal was about to take it, Benazir takes the glass and takes a sip from it. Shehenshah ko dene se pehle iss kaneez ko dekhna chahiya iss mein kuch vish tho nahi hein. Jalal nods his head. After taking a sip, Benazir offers the glass to Jalal. Jalal takes it and is about to drink it. Benazir thinks ab iss Jalal ka khel khatham.😆

Jodha is shocked to see what happened just now. What if her Shehenshah drinks that wine? I should save him and rushes inside the room. She runs and shouts nahi Shehenshah vuse mat pee jiye and she sprangs and takes the glass from his hand and drinks it in one sip.

Jalal is shocked to see Jodha here. Jodha drinks it and falls on the ground her body slowly turning green. Benazir tries to slip away silently, but Jalal shouts for the guards and asks them to catch Benazir. He holds Jodha in his arms and shouts for hakim. Jodha says hume kshma kar dijiye Shehenshah aapki kaksh mein aise hi aagaye, vush mein vish hein isliye hume aana pada. She is unable to say anything more, her eyes are blurred and head is reeling. Moti is crying non-stop.

Jalal is silent with shock, he has no words to say. His mind is blocked, he cannot see Jodha changing color. Hakim rushes into Jodha's room and immediately gives her medicine.

Hakim tells Jalal that she needs rest and the medicine will take some time to show effect.

Jalal lifts her and makes her sleep on his bed. Moti is crying uncontrollably. Moti says, Shehenshah Jodha aur humne Benazir ko saap se vish lethe hua dekha tha, lekin aapne vuspe vishwas nahi kiya. Vus din se Jodha aapki parchayi bankar aapki raksha kar rahi hein. Jalal stares at Moti with confused look, unable to believe what she just said.

Hameeda, Salima begum and Ruqqaiya begum rush into Jalal's room. Hameeda couldn't believe what she is seeing. Jalal ko bachane ke liye Jodha ne vish peeliye, hume maaf kar dijiye Jodha humne aap pe barosa nahi kiya, Hameeda cries holding Jodha's hand.

Ruqqaiya is shocked to see Jodha's actions. To save Jalal's life how can she take poison by herself? How can a person be so selfless? Salima says humne bathaya thaana ammijan Jodha begum Shehenshah se beintheeha mohabat karthi hein, isiliye vusne Shehenshah ko saaya ki tarah mehafoosh raka hein. Jalal is shocked to listen what Salima begum just said. Jodha humse mohabat karti hein...ye baat sunne mein kitna acha lag raha hein hume. Agar mohabat karthi hein tho vus din humse yeisa bartaav kyon kiya hein?

Moti says jee haa Salima begum aap sahi kah rahi hein. Jodha Shehenshah se bohat prem karthi hein lekin maanne ke liye tayar nahi hein. Raat din Shehenshah ki surakshah ke bare mein hi soch thi hein. Vusne Shehenshah ki surakshah ka vrat bhi raki hein, aaj poora din kuch khaaya bhi nahi hein. Hameeda breaks down and prays yaa allah meri bachi ka kayal rakhna.

Jalal is speechless, Jodha humare liya itna kuch kar rahi hein. He just left the room without saying anything.
