Continuing a Discussion here::>>::

I am "very well aware" of Sardar Patel's nation building technique..

And also aware of What Nizam did in Hyderabad..😳.👎🏼.I need not write here.!.
It can be read easily "BY ANYONE" .

And giving the case of Sarder Patel and Nizam to justify / cover up Chittor is something shocking..

Comparing the case of Nizam in context to Maharana Pratap is the BIGGEST INSULT i have read for that Great Warrior - MAHARANA PRATAP .!!. I wish the Nizamat is read before comparing Maharana Pratap with Nizam .!!!.

It is DIS-Heartening and shocking that - To PROVE someone ERRORLESS and GREAT, we tend to degrade the other personality, by giving example of someone to support whom there are no words .!!!. Anyways, this happened with Ashoka also sometime back..As, it seems, at this place, Greatness and ALWAYS being CORRECT is the prerogative of Akbar ONLY...

PS:
I ask and claim anything , " when i know about that topic " .!!.

And those clauses are NOT based on Self-Propounded theories.!!.

As I said Sandhya, Chittor has always been interpreted from a populist perspective and will continue to be so - becoz ppl are not prepared to see the atrocities coming from the popular angle, only atrocities by non-populars stand out - so again my advice is dont expect a holistic view - only expect an expansionist view - oh and interpreting something from another pov is not condoning it so go ahead Sands and do look at things from various povs - it will definitely give you a more holistic understanding

Hasan and Husain are grand sons of prophet Mohammad (saw) they were son of hazrat Fatima .. The youngest daughter of,prophet and hazrat Ali ... ( same Ali on there are lots of qawwali and Bollywood Sufi songs) hasan was older and hussain was younger ...
Ali was fourth kalif ... After his assassination he became caliph for brief period but stepped down for irst Umayyad caliph Amir mawaiya..later hazrat imam hsuan also assassined.. Muslim don't consider him fifth caliph after him son yazid declared hisself caliph... Caliph can't made by himself it should be appoint or elected by official ..it had a process ... And set himself in kufa Iraq ... People of kufa requested hazrat hussain to rescue him from yazid they wrote many letters ... Hazrat Husain was the very respected figure he was the grand son of prophet so he decided to go kufa with his family members and some friends but yazid army attacked them and killed all ... This is the very heart wrecking incident in Islamic history ... If you ever heard about moharram ... This first month of Islamic calendar ... Hazrat imam Husain shaheed on 10 day of moharram

This is the most shortest version ... I'm really sorry if some find it inappropriate to describe in this manner ... Bec this is really touchy issue ...and I know it

Hello everyone..I have a doubt regarding Jauhar...When I was watching the war track, I heard Jodha mentioning of it...Even in history I had heard that Rajput queens in those days, used to perform jauhar to prevent themselves from being touched and disrespected by enemies incase they lost the war. But I want to know what is the historical meaning and logic behind jauhar? They could have consumed poison and died..why take such a horrific step?? Death by burning themselves was a painful and really brave step. I want to know why did the queens particularly chose Jauhar rather than attempting suicide by other less harmful means?? I would be grateful if someone could clear my this doubt. 😊

Can someone clarify about Sati
Do all Rajpuths do sati or only royalty?
If a man has more than one wife do all wife commit sati?
Why do they commit sati? Is it because kids cannot take care of them?
I read in a book that those women were drugged and then pushed on pyre
