No, if she shot her from the front, Benazir could have spotted her and ducked, and Jodha would have been accused of attempted murder with nothing by way of a result to show for it.

As for not killing her, the point is not that of proof that she is a vishkanya, That can be got once they catch the absconding Zakira, she would be so easy to spot even in a crowd, being just about 2 1/2 feet tall.

The point is rather about whether they would want to tamper with the very powerful symbolism of the dushtasamharini Durga. As 11192 has sapiently pointed out, that scene has the Durga Stuti playing in the background. Durga does not injure the evil entity, she destroys it.

They can have, and very likely will have, a Diwan-e-Khas trial for Jodha, accused by Mahaam of murdering Benazir out of jealousy and spite. That will provide far more drama than the sight of Benazir writhing some more because of withdrawal symptoms when she is deprived of snake venom.

I just wish Jodha shot arrows at Benazir facing her rather than from behind the bushes. It would give Jalal a whole new perspective on Jodha. But it would have been better if she didn't kill her. Proving Benazir is a vishkanya will be difficult in such conditions. Instead if she shot a snake at her, wouldn't that be intersting?😆

I have done 3 posts this last week, 2 because I wanted to, and one because there was of an imperative demand for it . But the one I really enjoyed doing was this last, and that was solely because of the precap. But for it, I would not have done this post only to chronicle Jodha's tears and tribulations. .

It might seem childish, Pallavi, but I do SO want the precap to be true. It was so splendid and satisfying, with the Durga Stuti playing in the background. And I do not see how the CVs can tamper with and dilute the symbolism of the Durga dushtasamharini by dragging it on. If that is what they do, I will drop out for the next week, for I will be so badly cheesed off.

The funny thing, as I had noted, was that Benazir looks worse in the shahi libaas than she did in the belly dancer costume, or your curtain sheets! I do not know why, but it is so.

The boat thing is a joke, but I suppose there was a boatman at the far end!

First of all , in repetitive mode..it's an very nice take on the episode. And I am happy that someone (Moti this time) again came up with the shove incident that is bugging Jalal from inside and his reactions directly stems out of that bitterness which bugging jo inside.. On top of that the shivani fiasco and Hakim's precious love lectures has added fuel in the fire and nothing else..

Though I want to believe that monday is gonna be ben's fare well day, but aunty there some pics were published in which ben appeared in two different clothes and three different dupatta, so all this speculations that is ben track gonna end on Monday or not..If it is that, then probably due to the recent fall in TRP has done this magic , most probably Cvs have been forced after the TRP falls to wrap up ben track ASAP..😆😉

Anyway..it's good that ben at her exit point got two new dresses, while all this one month she had to survive in a curtain sheets..fare well gift..you see..😆😆..

well, I don't know what will happen post archery game to Jodha, how she will be proven innocent, but I don't want another cloud of misunderstanding between our leads, any more..tired of it....

How they can have the splendid Durga dushtasamharini theme, with the Durga Stuti playing in the background, as 11192 has pointed out, and then say that the evil entity was merely injured? Maa Durga would get after the CVs with her trishul, that is for sure!😉

Jokes apart, they can have another crackerjack of a trial for Jodha, accused of murder by Mahaam, in the Diwan-e-Khas, and it will end in her being acquitted when Zakira is finally caught and "made" to talk. That will fetch the TRPs: there is nothing like the persecution of a courageous Durga-cum-Savitri to push them to stratospheric heights.

If you think a Benazir writhing some more from withdrawal symptoms is going to top a trial for the TRPs, you are dreaming, my sweet! So join me and keep your fingers too crossed for Benazir to be dead and gone!

Aunty, I loved your post. You wrote it with such fineness that I'm just awed by it. 😳

Now, the scene of Jodha-Jalal one was a good one. One could feel Jodha's anxiety, her desperation to save her Shahenshah. She was frantic and was scared to lose him. Her eyes were never tearless; her tone was always cracking and was not left with enough energy to even rebuke Moti when she mentioned that she loves Jalal. The thing that was most revelatory was that how she now takes him as her Soubhagya Chhina, where as she was the one who always blamed him for all her misery, who always thought it was her Durbhagya to be married to him. She is just scare to let her feelings to be out in open just like Jalal. They both think that the other is not capable of loving them but they are wrong, obviously. They both want each other, they both want each other's love, taanas, hatred, everything.

And for Jalal, in the scene where he is sitting all alone and thinking about the vachans, he is broken. He doesn't know why still after fulfilling her every wish, she doesn't care a bit about him and this thing hurt him the most. He crave for her love, affection, care and he knows it and that make him angry as he thinks that there is more power in Jodha's hatred for him than in his love for her.

I hope that the cvs are not making a fool of us again and that this time after this track; JaJo will start their journey of love.

Also, I think that the precap is a dream because if it's true then Jodha will be charged with murder as Jalal is still not aware of Ben being a Vishkanya. I really hope that I'm wrong; and that the precap is not a dream.
