Oh ho!!! I think I have an idea of the presentation of MH statement of 'love bringing an Emperor to his knees'!!! It most probably would be when Benny is either actually dasoing Jodha or making the attempt and failing - bringing the Emperor to his knees (the best position to pray - as Rumi says) is what the creatives may have planned!!!

This is exactly what I thought and I think I told this somewhere before in this thread itself (Or some other thread). This scenario is OK. He will go on his knees in front of God and not Jodha.

I DON'T WANT him to go on his knees. Enough lallu-fication.

Anyway he does go on his knees while praying regularly. So what is special if he prays for jodha? He did cry sob pray and was desperate during ruq mc too. It is not like he was gabbad singh/ mogambo earlier and has softer feelings only when it comes to jodha. Earlier too he was good and just but refused to ack his dil, now perhaps he will.

How does that make a difference in what he is. We have always known him religious just and sensitive. Where and how does jodha make a difference?

Your posts are always great and sharp.

As I know you know Tamil, when I think of Jalal's transformation from Teda to ullu, it reminds me of the famous Vivek comedy, "eppadi irundha naan ippadi aiytaen." (In translation for those who don't speakTamil, how I was, now how I am, is a sort of translation) definitely holds true for the impact of Jodha's love on him 😊

Oh yes , after falling for jo, from a shaatir shahenshah he has become an ullu jallu😡😭

Mentos batti burns only wrt jo. He had better know some details of the saazishes already. Else😡
