This being successful, they must have later decided upon their meet in Agra. 😕

Im getting all unrealistic ideas 😆

That is also a possibility. The girl could have downplayed her love till she feels safe to run away. She was prepared to do so as soon as she came to Agra even before MA influenced her. How selfish! She risked her sister's marriage for the sake of her marriage. Bharmal would have thought that she had reformed. She should not be spared. Hope the Ameris themselves hunt her down and prove their loyalty to Jalal and win over his trust and spare Jo of the insults and taunts from the haram-inmates for the rest of her life.

no he is not in his thinking...even most father even today do same in this particular situation...
BUT ...a BIG BUT..

.whom he was dealing with in this whole situation..his KING ... his emperor who is also his son in law...jalal did solve very authoritatively n cleverly the problems in sukaniya wedding ..he can ask this jodha ..or to jalal himself,,,
in chaating emperor he was wrong... it was very very risky...

even all ameris men were so careless towards shivani.,,, they didnt care about shivani security dint they do check on her. she has still her love letters with her,...wao..
jodhA int know about her affair ..but ameri mens do..BD or any brother should accompany them to mandir...

They showed a sequence of Bharmal and Shivani today where Shivani is acting innocent. Shivani is still young and easily influenced. If i were Bhaarmal in the 16th century where rules are still very rigid,
1. Banish Tej from Amer kingdom
2. Keep a close watch of Shivani so that she does not meet Tej again
3. Get her married (with Jalal's help if needed) after one or two years to a Rajputana king

In the 21st century, there are endless possibilities and can go either way.

Exactly my point. Shivani was so selfish. Yes,that could do some damage control I guess.

Thats true, but sara di,the brothers didn't know about their temple trip. This was known only to daadisaa,Hakim and Jalal. They must have got to know about this only after they left.

Did daadisaa know about the affair?

Reasonable solutions these are.

If it were the 21st century,as you said, things would be quit different and yes they could go either way.

I don't blame Bharmal entirely, what he did, any father would've done in his place. It was the matter of his family's reputation. I don't think Bharmal would have thought that Shivani is capable of eloping. He must have thought that it was merely an attraction and nothing more and Shivani will forget Tej once she is married. He was just trying to protect his family's reputation and his daughter's future. It was all to protect his family from any more humiliation.

But he should be blamed for keeping it all secret from Jodha. Maybe Bharmal wasn't comfortable sharing this to Jalal but he should have to Jodha, after all she is his daughter. She'd have understood it and at least would have talked to Shivani regarding this. He kept his one daughter in dark, who loves him and her family more than anyone.

The only one who should be blamed completely is Shivani, a good daughter never will even think of doing something like this whether its 16th century or 21st century. Shivani is one selfish girl.🥱

Just when I was about to throw tantrums on you for just "liking" and not "commenting" 🤣

Ok on a serious note, you are absolutely right. Bhaarmal's biggest mistake, was not confiding in Jodha.

And as for Shivani 🤬

As usual in cases like this there's more than just a sole responsible.
Bharmal managed everything wrong and resulted in having one of his daughter flee from her own shaadi bringing shame and insulting her other daugher's sasural.

He should've mentioned Jodha and Jalal about Shivani's feelings. Yeah. Jalal, most probably, would've not agreed to it but it would've saved him the embarrassment. Is not like Bharmal was looking to marry Shivani anyway. He should've talked with her and make her understand his point of view. After all, a father wanting her daughter's economical/social well being is understandable. Maybe he could've convinced her, maybe she would've realized she was not really in love with Tejawant or maybe not, but anything is better than what happened.

And then, Shivani. I don't agree with the way she let things happen. She should've said something to Jodha and not let the Nikah happen. But I don't judge her for choosing her own happiness. The essential thing(according to specialists) to a healthy mind/life is to not do what you don't want to do. I applaud all the brave people who dare to live their lives without caring about what the ignorant, greedy, prejudiced, extremely hypocritical society has to say. It's only job is to make people miserable. Was she egoistic? probably but forcing your daughter to marry against her will just because of societ.y and what people would say(the economical aspect is not even the first reason) is rather egoistical, too. And a life of torture. After all, that's what life is about: living happy, otherwise is just existing. A meaningless life. Shivani was aware of it and choose it, now she is responsible of her own. And it's impossible to say it could'nt have happened by that time. Maybe not with the frequency of today but it surely did.

I bet Bharmal will never hide anything again 😆 He's lucky Jalal is the way he is.

PHEWWW!!! kya timing hai meri.😎😆

It is his biggest mistake. In between all this Jodha-Jalal-HM are most affected . Actually, Jodha and Jalal are always the victim, they are always betrayed by their own. Even if everything is going to end well but how can they undo the humiliation that was faced by Mughal Sultanate and Amer?
