I agree that we dont want a spineless Jalal - I have also been crying out loud over how the one character that made JA unique - our very own Tedha Emperor - was being butchered mercilessly. But I liked the Jalal that I saw yesterday - Mature yet young, Calm yet decisive, Analytical yet perceptive, Left brain and Right brain in balance!!!

If indeed Jalal is logically reasoning, please see Pallavi's(and Aunty's) comment above. Her question is very valid. Jalal is just using some excuse to wriggle out Jodha from the mess and is shifting the blame on Bharmal. Blind defence based on his trust in her. He is probably calm to find an escape route for her. And his brains also start working for her only. 😡😭😕😲😔🤡 I don't know want to think or feel about him!

I knw what they said that the last letter exonerates Jodha from knwing of elopement not affair. Even I would agree to that but I too need to revisit that letter and hear its wordings exactly to knw what it said - then one can say if Jodha can be exonerated of knwing about the affair too. And yes the last letter does get Jodha off the hook over the elopment and yes MA did overreach herself with that. As for knwing of the affair, am logging into youtube as of now to knw the contents and will then give my expert comments.

PS1: MH was fit enough to be decided as HB's son and Jodha-cheer-party's new flag bearer. Awful people these, ever asking Jalal to forgive. How on earth is he supposed to run an Empire if he forgives everyone?

PS2: Do the CVs write down the names of the characters on paper and do a lucky dip everyday. Whosever name comes out, uski waat laga dete hain. It has been Jalal, Jodha, Ruqaiya, AK, BB,etc so far...today it was Bharmal's name. How will he ever regain Jalal's trust now?...unless the Ameris hunt down the runaway pair themselves...

I am going to shock myself in liking only Jodha today. Bharmal knew, but I am thinking that is realistic. I know even in today scenario parents try to hide children affair and try to marry them off to whoever will take them or who they find worthy. So what Jalal did well oh jeeez are you freaking kidding me and MH what garbabe is he spouting. This is so unrealistic infact what Bharmal did was more realistic but what I didn't get was why he didn't try to kill off Tej. But Jalal and MH reaction completely unpardonable I guess weakness in love, acting like a fool, lettting women run your lives is a brother syndrome.

are yaar jalal had started to show his anger & started to use his brains. but Mirza again spoiled it all. jalal's anger towards bharmal, shivani & tej was totally justified. but this over -sweet mirza was just too much.🤢 but im happy tht jodha realized tht even rajvanshis can go wrong & supported her husband & in-laws. 👏 but again HB was too much. 😆

But what's wrong with MH and hamida, they are too blind in love and too weak to befit in mughal family..for me the only epic love was salima-Bk 's love, no body tried to change each other, salima loved him for what he was and he loved her for what she was though characteristically they were poles apart..😃😊

Hamida is a nun or what..thank god she hadn't brought up Jalal or else he hadn't been ever able to conquer at least that much of the whole hindustan what he has conquered by now..

actually Jodha's change was a surprise change and as I have not seen the epi so can't say much but yup Jalal came back to his sense partly y'day but still there are many questions which I need explanation then only I can say he is back to his full sense and sanity..And I would have been very pleased had he not forgiven Bharmal so easily, until he finds out shivani-tej, because bharmal was not answerable only to hakim but much more to Jalal and to whole agra.. I wonder when the pregnancy news didn't spread out so loudly in agra ,then also he took the stance to clear things out, and now when the whole agra knows about the marriage and it's cancellation, what will he do??How will he face his subject, how will he restore the pride which shivani has maligned, and if he gives shivani and tej worthy punishment then I will give him a standing ovation and bow down to our old jalal and if he then also listens to hakim and set them free, I will loss all hopes and pride on him..

Pallu,I agree on ur bit about Hamida and Mirza. 🤓 I was also expecting them to be a bit bitter atleast. But I guess they are just trying to portray them as bade dilwaale who have experienced 'love' and all. In which case,Jalal and Jodha don't have a clear picture about love(yet!) So,its fine I guess.

Keeping aside the "love" logic Mirza brought up,there were some realistic points he mentioned,which I think Jalal had to agree to. Hakim placed a very valid point and I think thats what struck Jalal. He says to him,that Jalal always believed that the victim alone should decide what should be done with the guilty. In the Adham case for example,Jalal gave that right to Ruqaiya. In the same way,Hakim wanted Jalal to give him the right to decide-and his wish was to free Bhaarmal,since he was not entirely responsible.

This made Jalal think. Ofcourse the other point which pricked him,was when Hakim said "If you love someone,even if you want to hurt him/her,you just cannot."

Im gonna give Jalal the benefit of doubt and assume that he placed logic over love. But that's just me. 😆 I adore the logical Jalal more than the love sick Majnu.So😆

P.S : Now that Hakim is in forgiving mood,how exactly are the CVs planning to make Hakim go against Jalal? 🤔 this Shivani track would have been a good reason for him to revolt,but now Im wondering what they would do.

P.P.S : Im quite pleased that Jalal's capability to 'think' has returned! *God bless the CVs.*
