I am hoping for a similar surprise from the CVs on the Benezir track. Yesterday, when Jalal mentioned that nobody can make him a bewaqoof I was hoping that applied to Ben as well. However, if Jalal already knows about Ben I am not sure how Jodha and Sharif will get credit for saving him. What a mess has been created with Ben! I don't see how it can be closed without a loophole.

I guess we can celebrate the partial return of Jalal's intelligence for now. After that, we will need to watch the show leaving our intelligence behind.

Through this, Jodha watches jalal with pleading eyes, but doesn't plead cos she knows her sister is wrong...jalal realizes it but doesn't succumb!
I doubt Jodha will plead for Shivani, she might for Bharmal

At a later date, jalal comes across Tej's donkey kaarigari by chance and gets impressed! He later gets to know this is tejwant ka screwdriver ka kamaal!😆
😆 Yes Tej can spend his life using screwdriver & Shivani can carry the pathhars for nakkashi on her head😆😃😃

He sees bharmals loyalty and the Ameri dignity in all of it...he then speaks to bharmal the depressed dad ...who now has no hopes of any rishtaa for his useless daughter...or even any proper life for her...

Feeling sorry for Jo and bharmal, he decides to elevate Tej to master donkey kaarigar of the sultanate and gets Shivani married to him.

Jodha should save Jalal from Ben then that will further shut up Mayhem Ruk etc.

Jalal was not illiterate by choice...he was illiterate by compulsion...

He was a man who was gravely interested not only in Mughal literature etc...he was a man interested in literature that spanned across various cultures, religions and traditions...

It is said he used to have people read out such works to him ...works he couldn't read himself, because he was dyslexic...he was UNABLE to read or write...obviously there was no Taarey Zameen Par style training in those days...otherwise...when even the women in his family were highly literate why wouldn't he be?

However the fact that he couldn't read or write was compensated by the fact that he could recite long texts and verses after being read out to him just once...

That bit was highlighted during that poetry episode if you remember... Jodhas poetry is read out to him once and he says it by heart back to her in her chamber...

With this handicap, he managed to rule, administer and unite a large part of the nation quite successfully...

I knew of Akbar before I came to the forum...it is after coming here, I realized why the suffix Great was used...

the rest was ok..maham in her usual self and thank god that miss kujji and kangaman eloped..at least we don't have to watch them again..but who knows jalal ke sipahi usse dhoondane gaye hain! god save me the horror! what if kangaman and kujji comes back and they get some padwi and then get married with honor..uff cvz please no!
