(it was morning time and jalal was roaming around on the terrace in open air in search of something that was really hard for him to find nowadays...i.e. piece...he was looking at the sky, trying to enjoy the beautiful sceneries of nature and sweet chirping of birds in that sunny morning, was trying to feel the fragrances of the flowers around, ...trying to feel as normal as he could but all in vein...he was not able to do that...everything had become pale and faint for him...that night took his everything away with it...he was so happy..Was feeling just out of this world...that finally she confessed her love to him...she was ready to accept him ...she was going to be his forever and ever...but no...she broke all his dreams away in a single stroke...pushed him so hard on the ground that he could never be able to stand up again...after that night everything changed...every moment of his life was seeking for revenge...was seeking for finding the ways that can satisfy his hurt ego...all his days used to pass thinking about newer tactics to humiliate her...to make her feel down...to make her feel small and useless...he couldn't even able to sleep in nights...even after insulting her in Ramtanu's concert and meena bazaar...his hurt ego was not satisfied yet...he wanted more...he wanted her on her knees in front of him striving for forgiveness...and then he will push her away in the same manner...she did to him that night...the night that crushed their relation into pieces... )

(A storm of thoughts was going on in jalal's mind when his eyes caught her...in the practice area...busy in her early morning sword practice...her face was half covered with a white scarf but yet he could easily identify her only by seeing her eyes...how could he forget those two beautiful doe like eyes that forced him to forget the whole world around him on the very first sight of them...his eyes got struck at the sight...she was looking way too fiery...brilliant in her moves...just like a trained warrior...practicing different kind of skills by twisting her wrist fast and smoothly...making different shapes with her sword...twirling and stretching her arm in different directions to point her sword towards the opponent...suddenly jalal's eyes had turned really intense with a mixture of emotions containing frustration and sadness...and his mind full of some unanswered questions...)

Jalal:- why?? Why jodha begum why?? Why did you do this to me?? Why did u hurt me so much...what crime had I done...?? I have started trusting you...believing in you...I have started liking you...liking your presence around me. The time I spent with you is indeed one of the best moments of my life...our friendship has just started...and you destroyed everything in a flick of second...first you gave me so much happiness that I felt out of this world...I felt like I have got everything and snatched it away the next moment...making it all look like a nightmare. Why did you force me to hate you again when I have started liking you...I really don't know what was the purpose of yours behind all this...but one thing I will definitely make sure that I make you suffer every moment...I will make you feel the same pain I have gone through all these days...you have to pay for what you have done jodha begum...you will have to pay for it...!!!

(a lone tear rolled down his eye...but he wiped it off quickly with his hand...and moved his face away in disgust and was about to leave when he saw someone that caused him to stop...on the other hand jodha completed her practice session by making her last move...i.e. twirling in a circle then landed up on the ground with her sword against it...both of her hands on its handle and her head facing to the ground...breathing really hard...her body was still shaking with anger...she completely understood what moti said but had no idea that how would she implement that...she was burning in jealousy when a voice added more fuel to her fire...she heard someone clapping in appreciation...she looked up to find out about the person...but the sight dint proved to be that much pleasing for her...)

Benazir: -(smirking hard...claps) mashallah...subhanallah...begum sahiba...bahut khoob...hume nahi pata tha ke khuda ne apko is hunar se bhi navaza hai...wakai kamal ki talim paayi hai aapne...shamshir to mano gulam ho aapke haath ki...

(jodha stood up holding her sword...she looked at Benazir from head to toe...she was dressed in a black anarkali with chudidar and a turban around her head...somewhat similar to jodha's outfit..Just different in color...)

Jodha: - (her eyes almost red with anger but still she tried to control it) prashansha ke liye dhanyawaad...aapke yaha aane ka karan jaan sakte hai hum...

Ben:- lagta hai begum sahiba ne humari poshak per gaur nahi kiya...

Jodha:- (facing away...adjusting her sleeves ...in a casual tone) shama kijiyega...kintu logo ke vastra niharne ke atirikt ...aur bhi mahatvpoorn karya hai humare paas karne ko...

Ben:- beshak...wajah farmaya aapne begum sahiba...waise hum to aapko batana hi bhul gaye...shenshah ne khud ...khaas taur per humare liye ye poshak taiyar karwayi hai...wo kya hai na...us din riyaz karte waqt hume aapki poshak mangkar pahnni padi thi...aur ye baat shenshah ko bilkul bhi pasand nahi aayi...isiliye to unhone humare liye itne pyar se...ye nayi poshak taiyar karwayi hai...

(jodha clutched her fist tight...fuming in anger...)😡

Jodha:- to aap yaha abhyaas karne aayi hai...

Ben:- kuch esa hi samajh lijiye...ab shenshah ka mashwara tha to hum thukra kaise sakte the...unki khwahish hai ke hum apne is hunar ko bhi apne husn ki tarah nikhare...kuch jyada hi fikrmand rahne lage hai aajkal wo humare liye...

(it was enough for jodha...she couldn't bear her nonsense anymore...she was about to answer her back when she noticed jalal standing at some distance from them...observing their conversation with full concentration...with a continuous smirk on his lips...jodha decided to play her part now...she composed herself and spoke to carry out the first step of her plan...she promised to herself..."I will make you feel how much pain you are causing me every moment shenshah...because I want to know ...do my words have some effect on you or not...are you really enjoying seeing me in this state...or you are just pretending like that...I won't stop until I find my answer..." )

Jodha:-(in a low yet firm voice) ye to aapne bilkul thik kaha Benazir...ab wo bhi kya kare...aap hai hi itni khubsurat...ke kisi ko bhi apne vash me kar le...phir chahe wo koi rank ho ya phir swayam shenshah...

(Ben was shocked with this sudden change in jodha's reaction...the lady who was fuming at her a few moments ago...how come she started praising her all of a sudden...)

Ben: - tariff ke liye shukriya...ye to humari khushkismati hai ke begum sahiba ne hume is layak samjha ...varna is KANEEZ ki aapke samne kya aukat...

Jodha:-(laughing lightly with sarcasm)...kya ...kya kaha aapne...begum...hahah...lagta hai aap bhi humare vastro se dhokha kha gayi...apko ye galatfehmi kab se ho gayi...bhale hi shenshah ne vivah kiya ho humse...parantu is mehel me ek daasi se adhik sthaan nahi hai humara...hum to matra ek vastu hai...shenshah ki aamer per vijay ka prateek...jise is harem ki raunak badhane ke liye laya gaya hai yaha...hum jiye ya mare...isse kisi ko koi anter nahi padta...aap bhi kaha swayam se humari tulna kar rahi hai benazir...kaha aap Kohinoor-e-saltanat aur kaha hum ek mamuli si begum...aapke aage humari to koi haisiyat hi nahi hai...

(jalal...who was giving evil smiles till now...after listening to jodha's words...his smirk vanished in a flick of second...he fumed in anger and clutched his fist tight...he was shocked as well as enraged at jodha's reaction...he dint like jodha insulting herself in front of Benazir like that at all...he wanted to stop her...shut her up for taking such nonsense...but his manly ego was not allowing him to do so...jodha noticed the change in his expression and smirked...on the other hand Benazir was still clueless about this side of jodha...)..

Benazir:- (amazed) ye...ye aap kya keh rahi hai begum sahiba...ye achanak kya hogaya aapko...

Jodha:- achanak nahi Benazir...hum mante hai ke pehle hum tumhe pasand nahi karte the...per kya kare...satya ko to swikarna hi padta hai na...aur ab hum is mehel me apna sthaan bhali bhanti samajh chuke hai...to use apnane me sankoch kaisa...ab koi kitna bhi prayaas kar le...bhagya se to nahi jit sakta na...

Ben: -(taunting) magar hume to laga tha ke aap shenshah ki khaas begum hai...

Jodha: - aapse esa kisne kaha...ye bhram kaise ho gaya aapko Benazir...khaas to aap jaise log hote hai...na hi humare paas aapke jaisi sundarta hai aur na hi apke jaisa tez dimag...sach kahe...to humme esa koi gun hi nahi jo hum kisi ke khaas ban sake...(she said it looking at jalal)

(jalal's eyes burned with frustration...he was not able to bear it anymore...jalal to himself "why are you doing this?? Why are you insulting yourself like this?? Why?? But what is wrong with me?? Why her words are affecting me so much...I had insulted her in public...in front of Benazir...now when she is doing the same...why it is hurting me so much...it shouldn't affect me... " ...he was getting more and more restless by every word of her...rubbing his hands continuously...he was feeling like put his hand on her mouth...and tell that Benazir that how important she is for him...that Benazir can't even stand in front of her talent...again he was not able to understand his own feelings...he just wanted jodha to stop her nonsense...she don't have any right to do that...not at all)

(jodha observed jalal...and somewhere had got her answer too...she was enjoying his restlessness to the core...her words do have a impact on him)

Jodha:- are...aapko abyaas karna tha na...aaiye na...ise apni hi sampatti samajhiye...shama kijiyega...humne aapka kimti samay vyarth kiya...hum chalte hai...pranaam...(she joined her hands to bid her adieu and turned to leave...but Benazir had some other plans...)

Ben:- zara ek pal thehriye begum sahiba...(jodha stopped listening her voice)...akele riyaaz karne ka kya maza jab tak koi mukabala karne wala na ho...agar aap ki shaan me gustakhi na ho to kya aap humare sath riyaz karna pasand karegi...

Jodha:-(turned...with an amazed tone) hum aur apke pratidwandi(competitor)...nahi nahi...humme itna sahas kahan jo shenshah ke khaas taufe ke samne tik paaye...shama kijiyega parantu hum ye uddandta nahi kar sakte...(and she again turned to leave and started moving away...)

(it was enough for jalal...he was not able to bear her nonsense anymore...he was way too frustrated ...finally he spoke up unable to control himself anymore...)

Jalal:- (in a loud voice...purposely saying it so that jodha could listen ) jane do Benazir...tum bhi kisse keh rahi ho...samna karne ke liye himmat ki zarurat hoti hai...aur jisne pehle se hi hathiyar daal diye ho...wo kya mukabala karega kisi se...buzdilo ki tarah muh chipana bahut aasan hai...aur kisi ki chunauti ka samna karna utna hi mushkil...(he said it all in a single stroke...all frustrated)

(jalal's sentence caused jodha's smirk to go wider...she was waiting for this...she just wanted jalal to say something...and here she got the chance...how could she miss such a golden opportunity to take all her frustration out on that baandhi...and here jalal himself worked as a catalyst for it...she turned with confidence... )

Jodha:- thik hai...agar aap itna hi keh rahi hai...to jaisi aapki icha...(and she held her sword tight in her hand raising it up...)
