Even when Jodha shoves Jalal down, Jodha is shown to be the victim and all sympathise with her.

His sentiments and the precious moment of his revealing his innermost self are totally forgotten and he is already made to look like the offender.

Jalal, esp in the precap looks like an adamant schoolchild not like a hurt emperor.

This track is going worse than my disgusting prediction. 🤢Sher shahenshah is surely a distant dream now!!!!!😭

I have always hated this track. It portrays Jalal in a very bad light. The only good thing was Jodha fell from her high perch. But it looks like she will be sent back there soon. 🤢

I havent really watched, but if she is a mere daasi, how is she competing with the other begum of the harem? Wasnt this exclusively for the begums of nobles?

So Jalal has nothing better to do now than focus on making one woman jealous and organize meena bazaars? I dont know whether to laugh or be disgusted.

The thing is Ariel...with just a few tweaks here and there...this track could have still been very very very good!

That's where the makers don't know how to direct it..

The confrontation between Jalal and Jodha in his room was very good

The DEK scene was 👎🏼

Jalal flirting with Ben is good - its made Jo realize a lot of things (and him too!)

Him giving her Jo's clothes didn't sit well with me

His scenes yesterday were really good

Today was again a downer 👎🏼

Why the see-saw? Had they made Ben more like Umraao Jaan sexy and restricted Jalal's humiliation of Jodha to sentences and scenes that only THEY BOTH would understand (even in public) - snarky dialogues to Jodha that others cant understand, but she understands its meant for her...that type of revenge- then it'd all make more sense!

Arrogance is fine...

Arrogance with stupidity isn't!

Both characters are just puppets at the hands of the makers...feel sorry for the leads alternatively

The last monumental scene for Jalal was the BB confrontation and the awaam speech...since then its all gone pear-shaped for him..

Sent there with dhol nagadas, hymns and glories by the ever ready HB who has a plastered-smile whenever she utters the name of Jodha or talks about her. And Jodha's halo is going to dazzle as bright as ever. Won't this saas who is so moved by Jodha's paalna, reprimand her bahu for keeping her son at such a distance, even after all these months since marriage!!!!!!!

Meena Bazaar ek saal mein 3 baar lag chuka hai

Bath tub scenes have become annoying now..

2 baar koi doob chuka hai

Even Javeda jokes aren't funny.. They can do better with Javeda Maham duo

RIP ghrina.. welcome beizaati and badla

Jo Ja fights have also become repetitive..

I want some other track now.. kuch different.. something which is not Akdha or Rukaiya or women centric.. I'm bored with all of this.. Maham's petty plots.. She has become Wazir e Bedroom now.. Give us a break form all of this..

It looks like Akbar had nothing better to do with his time than run from one woman's pallu to other...

I think Jalal can make the rules flexible as per his wish, like he wished so ben took part in meena baazar, he wished so ben sat on the throne, he wished so ben wore Jo's clothes, it has nothing to do as per mughal customs, and basically no one actually follow all those restricted customs,

And yes hamida has a blind affection for jodha which she doesn't have for Jalal, but I agree on one point, Jalal shouldn't make every single thing public, that's why we liked the JJ first confrontation scene after the night, last day's epi in garden, cause it was all among those three, and hence we didn't like the DEK scene and the meena baazar idea..

Lashy, I feel they have reduced Jalal to another college going boy. Who has nothing better to do than focus on making one woman fall in love with him. It doesn't suit an emperor, esp one with many wives.

@ green, I would love if that had happened.

This jealousy thing stripped him of all dignity. I wish he had just snubbed her. He should have ignored her, made her think hard about why he was steering clear of her. Just once had Jodha done the chasing , we would be able to see why she was worthy of his love. Just once if she had pondered over that night, we would feel some empathy for her.

I'm still wondering what he sees in her. At every turn they want to glorify her, be it with Ram tanu gift or with meena bazaar. For what? How is she special for giving a gift where everyone is selling? Shouldnt that gift be personal? Its so contrived. To top it all HB behaves like none of the other women in the harem exist, such open unashamed favoritism on a person who has hardly done anything to deserve it. Thats a huge turn off for me.

Their love story should be personal , something that develops in spite of everything, against all odds. Not by glorifying one at the expense of all others.

Jalal...the less said the better. You are right, they messed up both leads🤢

This jalal doesn't know how to implement a law successfully,

This Jalal doesn't know how to come out of a sticky situation

This Jalal doesn't know about his subjects needs and problems,

This Jalal doesn't know how to battle, hence doesn't go to war

This jalal doesn't know whether he has a heart or not

This Jalal doesn't know how to ignore someone

This Jalal doesn't know how to differentiate between friends and enemy

This Jalal doesn't know how to read and write

This Jalal doesn't know what to share with others and what not..

He actually doesn't know anything properly..I guess.

Exactly, her whole focus has changed from wanting power to ousting Jodha. How can she be reduced to a woman of such small ambition??

The entire farak padta hai track in IPK, it was personal and known only to Khushi and Arnav. He taunted her and hurt her, but it was done in a way that no one else was aware. He was ruthless, made no bones about it, he never lost his identity in the process either.

Here that is completely lacking.

Even in the movie, Hrithik says ' ek ghair mard ke saath what is your relationship in the middle of the night" something to that effect. He never lost sense of who he was, nor did he hide his jealousy. That panache is totally lacking here.
