but the gift idea was really good. I loved the depth and effort put by Jalal in thinking of that gift which meant so much for Jodha. 👍🏼 for this.
The only moment that stood out for me was when he gifted Jodha the box and waited to see how she reacted and when he asked her gingerly about the gift whether she liked it or not later in the court.

I have major problems with Jodha's attitude, she has no idea about the concept of "gratitude". She put up a lot of argument in accepting a gift, ok I will give her that. She was not interested in the gift just seeing the gift box, she judged the book by its cover, still I will let it go. But I couldn't stop myself from applauding Jalal when he told her even if one doesn't like a gift people accept it because of the thought and feelings that lies behind it. All I expected from her was a mere 'thank you' even if she didn't mean it.

And even after she looked at the gift and went and sat in the celebration in the court why did Jalal have to ask her whether she liked it or not? Why couldn't she volunteer herself in showing her gratitude? CV's do something about this, she was not a commoner from the road who doesn't know the etiquette of civil or royal society. She was a princess for heaven's sake and the least she can do is show her gratitude on her own without being probed.

I liked her expressing her gratitude so genuinely and warmly from her heart when asked by Jalal. At least she was generous in returning her thanks.

Rest as I have always felt and said I am not watching a show of Jalal vs. Jodha. For me they are one team, 2 sides of the same coin. Today I am disappointed with both of them. I know under the circumstances it is inevitable to think of the other as the culprit or one to be blamed but I somehow, after all that they have gone through, couldn't fathom the mistrust they heaped on each other in one second.

Jodha immediately jumped to the conclusion that Jalal has invaded her 'izzat, maan, lajja' without her permission and even lied about it to her when asked knowing how and every time he has always kept him promise and word no matter when, where or under what circumstances. I understand her dilemma here and the feel of humiliation and mortification she felt for her self respect. But nevertheless it hurts to see how little she understands him.

And I am more disappointed with Jalal today. Its a bigger insult to a woman whether she is a commoner or a queen when fingers are pointed at her character without any justification. Yes he didn't point a finger at her in public or in front of his family but he immediately jumped to the conclusion to himself that she is having someone else's child. Again Jalal, you know how upright, righteous, straight forward and rigid Jodha is about her principles, honor and character...then how could you think that she can have an illicit relationship with some one else? Yes the doctor can be wrong, they are not gods but knowing Jodha that insinuation even in his mind was a big slap on his own character and perception.

Sorry both went down in my eyes today. CV's this is what you do every time, you built up a couple to unattainable affection and popularity and then you just pull the ground from under our feet in one instant by defaming them and showing they can go to unthinkable low with their thoughts, actions and reactions.

Anyway will just wait and watch without commenting much till you turn them around for better. Just hope after this twist both Jalal and Jodha will know to trust one another and will have that unshakable faith that no matter what they will never stoop low with their promise, character and honor and will have that deserving respect for each other.

Nice post.
I agree with you jalaal kept all his promises till know jodha should have trusted him.
same goes with jalaal he knows how loyal rajvanshis are how can he doubt jodha. They should learn to trust each other.

Exactly my point! They have to go a long way before they can become one in every respect, work and think together for one another and with one another.

Thanks Lashy! I am sure there are so many here in the forum who thinks like I do and are so much better in putting their feelings in to words but thanks for the compliment.

But I am not feeling pleased today. When will this track be over?

In the precap for the first time Jodha realized Jalal's point of view. All along she was only thinking from her end that how Jalal has invaded her privacy and character without her permission but tomorrow she will realize what Jalal is thinking and implicating. Imagine the blow she will get with the insult heaped on her character by her husband! That will be a whole story altogether. She will explode in humiliation and mortification. Sigh! No woman will be able to accept it.

Lana, I had the exact same thoughts as u regarding the gift scene, sighhh...it would have atleast been good to see Jodha herself thank him about it as she was so much touched about it, but no , here again Jalal had to prompt her to admit, though of course her words about it were gracious enough. Dont know why the CV s r bent on showing her without basic etiquette .

Regarding the fake preggo drama, I ve decided to give the CVs a very very large leeway for creative liberty, that s it. And though there s no logic in them both suspecting the other of the worst, well it doesnt make sense to me either, but as this is a very delicate matter & their relationship being in the budding stage & to top it , both are volatile personalities. So am willing to give that as an excuse for their behaviour. ( aur koyi chahra bhi nahi hain 😉 ). But atleast, this drama has been handled with some amount of finesse so far and both havent hurled accusations publicly at each other. Thanks for those small mercies. Will have to take that as a tiny progress in their relationship.

As spoilers say, Jalal is going to prove the preg is fake, so that means the trust quotient is going to increase & Jalal is going to put his anger aside to g let his brain work, so as they say, if the ends justify the means, am very much okay with it 😊

I know what you mean, Koi chahra nahi hai, sahena padega. 😊

I mean I understand in this situation in modern times people lose their heads and it was in the 16th century, that too in the royal family with huge implications and pressure and no modern medical methods to prove the doctor otherwise.

And I can't blame either, both are right and both are wrong.

But I can't imagine what Jodha will go through when she will get the full meaning of what Jalal is implying. Kaher tootega! I just hope she doesn't take any drastic step and looking at her reaction Jalal will realize that she can't ever go astray with her character and maybe then he will take the firm step in proving the medical person wrong. I don't know how he will do it unless Jodha's constitution itself gives the proof that she is not pregnant.

I am hoping against hope the CV's will reduce the mud slinging to the minimal and will keep it decent with dignity between the two so that we don't lose respect for either. Please CV's don't make us cringe in apathy. My humble request to you all.

One other thing will happen in this track and that is the change of equation between Jalal and Ruqaiya. In the long run I am hoping after this track Jalal and Jodha will come more close with more understanding of one another, more trust on each other but on the other hand distance will grow between Jalal and Ruqaiya. Jalal will try to mend the gap but Ruqaiya will not allow him to bridge the distance. Maybe this will be another reason why Jalal will be pushed towards Jodha more, he will find solace in her company because Ruqaiya will keep him at an arm's length.

Just my speculation and I may be wrong but I am sill dreading tomorrow. Crossing my fingers and toes!

My heartfelt agreement to that point that the mudslinging doesn't go to abysmal extremes either. Its terrible when fingers are pointed at a woman s virtue, specially if the person accusing is the husband himself 😭. Hopefully, Jalal will retain some control over himself so that Jodha doesnt attempt another suicide 😕 .

What say maybe this time it ll be MA who unwittingly jaloes the dimag ki batti of Jalal into thinking. Just had this thought now after thinking over why that MA/ Adham scene was shown. She tells Adham she needs to think how to act in this latest situation. Let s see how it s going to be played. I sure pity both Jalal & Jodha in this situation.

Regarding Jalal/Ruq equation, I really dont know how that s going to be played. Not able to place any guesses in this relationship

You have got something there about Maham. If she really helps Jalal see the light at the end of the tunnel she will be helping the couple instead of separating them. I will say God bless MA in that case. 😃

About your first paragraph I can't agree with you more. 😒

Lovely..couldn't agree more on the gift-gratitude behavior. Etiquette should not come in way of personal prejudices or fears of outcome. But I cannot comment on the scene or the whole preg track, because I have not seen it. Nor do I plan to see it. It's possible the treatment of the track is not that bad.. But I just don't want to be part of the TRP audience that encourages such convoluted thoughts to develop trust and etc etc etc..Against my principles per se. But I have to say this, ppl in that era did not really suspect the mid-wife's assessment. They were usually considered correct. So there is no reason for Jalal-Jodha to doubt her assessment at the outset. The obvious thing would be to blame each other, even if they don't believe so in their hearts. Circumstances sometimes turn even sanest and wisest of men into monsters. As for math and logic in track, it is vintage Ekta, so no comments. But their immediate reaction abt each other I can say is understandable...
