as many have pointed out ..the entire time in Amer ,jodha has been with her Jallad kroor pati ..not one moment he let her out of sight

i can only see the reasoning that hameeda banu will come up with ..it was divine intervention due to jodha bahu ke paak kadam...the Gods decided to take matter in their own hands 😆

@Bold🤣🤣🤣
As for the rest...True,Jalal has had her under his eyes the whole time even patiently listening to her lectures which came atleast twice daily of 12hours each!! 😆
Btw,love how you call Ruku Mallika-E-Bimbo🤣 Perfect for her!! Lol

Lizzy, I am awesomely happy that you endorse my positivity. I have from the beginning decided to enjoy the show, whatever it may bring.
I also wanted to stay clear of character-bashing because it becomes an addiction. You find that people start with that when the characters and story are still evolving ... and then they cannot stop themselves from continuing that bashing even after the story becomes better and better, thus spreading a bitter taste throughout the watching experience for everyone.
Also bashing the characters for their flaws, when everyone knows they are merely saying the lines that the Creatives give them, seems such a waste of energy!
Lizzy, I am not too strong on the history, and I read so many versions of it that I'd love it absolutely if you could maybe start a thread on this aspect and give us the balanced version. Not just the background, but as the events on the episodes allow, seeing the balanced historical context would be wonderful!

Badauni and abu Fazl were the chroniclers of abkar's life history..In his chronicles Badauni writes about akbar's tolerances for religious principles and contempt for their claim of individual superiorities..he writes"A faith of a materialistic character became painted in his imagination and store of his imagination.. that there are wise men to be found and ready at hand in all religions, men of asceticism, and recipients of revelation and workers of miracles among all nations and that truth is an inhabitant of every place:and that consequently how it could be right to be confined to one religion or creed..especially to one which has its appearance recently and not as yet endured a thousand years!and why assert one thing and deny another and claim pre-eminence for one which is not "
but how was this tolerance planted in akbar??this is clearly stated by badauni as resultant effect of his marriage with the daughter of Raja Bharmal,Mariam Uz zamani..I wrote this to show that Akbar was influenced by jodha on the very aspect she was passionate about- her religion and her tolerance for other religions..so the premise of the religious intolerance combated by akbar is shown well on the show albeit a little over dramatised as it is a soap..

coming to the show,I think the payal loop has still not been closed ..there will still be some poignant romance that will come out of " payal thievery"..yesterday the dialogue of Jalal about "Nazar ka pher" that he took the payal that was lying on the ground and didn't steal has become firmly entrenched in jodha's mind..combined with the understanding of his dealing with the maulvis-she has come to the conclusion about the fairness in his dealings even though his approach is crooked sometimes..I loved this as it firmly put them on the next step to a healthy marital relationship..

manasi..are you a tamilian?just asked out of curiosity as I am one..My name is sangeetha..

Okay this is brilliant! So Jalal's opinions on religion and tolerance are ascribed to his marriage with Jodha and the influence of her thinking on his. That could explain why the Creatives are making Jodha verbalise so much her perspective on religion and her liking to read about all religions etc. Its not just her talkativeness, its the expression of an opinion that helps shape the opinions of Akbar, hence the speeches from Jodha!
Just one other question: Did this banishment of the clerics yesterday actually end this issue or did it continue to fester till he much later started this religion called Deen-Ilahi? I am just wondering if he really managed to quell this issue or like Henry the Eighth he too had to think of an alternate religion as a solution to the continuing Muslim-Hindu tension that stayed festering?
And yes, I am a Tamilian ... a TamBram!😆😆😆

Mansi, just one thought came to my mind. If that pregnacy track happens, then kya ek aur vase tootega?

i mean , last time, after Rucu's MC track, when Jalal comes to her to apologize(?) , she broke one vase to tell him abt relationship breaking. Now if he suspects her character , what will she break. why vase everytime? I would rather like to see her slapping or breaking his head.

GOD! for how many days we have to watch this 'HATE U EVEN MORE' track?

Poor Jallu, ek wife sambhal nahi sakta, yahan 500 hai. He deserves what he is getting 😆. karo aur shaadiyan. Baad me aur rona padega.

i love the way you think 😆 that vase was very important wasn't it?

come on jodha begum - we are waiting for you to break more vases - I do! - and jalal's head and pagris and his shamsheer and his hands ...

getting married to jodha was one shaadiyan too many. see jalal - be careful what you wish for - you may get what you wanted and also what you didn't want 😆

Yes Ela, even I am puzzled by why this Jalal wants to get from Ruq's mouth that she is jealous. Jaya and I were wondering if Jalal is actually using Ruq's reaction as measurement of his own success with Jodha. That is, if Ruq is jealous, that may show that he is really scoring with Jodha ... in a sort of crooked logic?
Regarding the pregnancy track, God knows what the Creatives' plan is ... but one thing is certain, at the end of it they'll show that Jalal-Jodha will grow even more closer, so I'm waiting for that!

I wonder if Jalal is still in 2 minds abt Jodha? Is he thinking that if Ruku becomes jealous then he wont persue relationship with Jo with that intensity...Is all this a calculated and deliberate move of his with both these women?

It could also be Ela that he wants desperately to have a greater relationship with Jodha than with Ruq.
Now if Ruq is acting as if she doesn't care, she may be bottling up her feelings ... and it may burst out later in a bigger way and spoil his life with Jodha.
Maybe he would rather have Ruq admit now itself that she is jealous so that he can handle Ruq's needs now itself (i.e. give her some other comfortable space and security) before he advances with Jodha in full seriousness.
The idea may be that early prevention of major crisis is better than allowing something to build up and then burst like a pressure cooker?
Or
There's one more possibility: maybe he just has a male ego and would like to think his wives are competing for his favours. But instead he finds all 3 don't care a damn. Here Salima is still cherishing memories of bairam Khan, Jodha doesn't yet want a relationship with him, and now Ruq too says she's not jealous?
Maybe that's what he was saying that day that he can't understand these three women?
He is not able to pressurize Salima or Jodha to give an answer. But at least he can try to pressurize Ruq as she is a friend from childhood with whom he can take liberties?
