didn't u feel the inconsistency they are showing in Jalaal's characater when they showed him giving his comment for Abul Maali?? He asked them to do his Tabaahi even before he can figure out his plan to attack... This is what Jalaal is...same one who sized up the Ulemas in their own game...now how come the same person becomes a Pro-Majnu yearning to tie Payal on his Begum's feet??😕 That too a begum who 90% of the time is so rude and with truck-load of attitude?? If my earlier suspicion goes wrong, then this Jalaal is a sure case of Personality Disorder of the 1st grade...🤢
And yes, it's becoming unbearable to watch both leads chanting abt the Non-existent Vachan ,Vachan and Vachan in every episode...😡😡

Kamal

No, my dear, I was not referring to the exile part specifically, but only to the pran jaye par vachan na jaye principle, which was a maxim for the whole of the Ikshvaku race, but is now almost exclusively attributed to Lord Rama.
As for the scriptwriters watching the old episodes to ensure continuity, making 1 hour and 44 minutes of net telecast footage every single week must be a huge strain - it is the equivalent of many western films weekly. So I suppose they do not have the time.
But moreover, why should they bother when their audience is so indulgent that it does not mind Hamida forgetting that Jodha saved Jalal's life after first endangering it, and that he never gave her any zubaan that he would not touch her?
When it does not give a thought to whether a king has the right to abandon his throne at a whim without giving even a passing thought to what he might then be visiting on his subjects?
When it is happy gushing over an unconvincingly accelerated rush to romance between the two? And will spend even more time crying once the romance hits an underwater rock and is shipwrecked for as many weeks as the CVs want it to be?
An audience gets the entertainment it deserves.
