Ya I've no idea why they're rushing everything!!!

Azra Jalal has been a bit confused with that word...firstly its long and it hasn't been repeated like ghrina, prathishodh or dand...so rakth pipasu is something he possibly doesn't understand..remember the confused expressions on his face in the temple when she said that😆
