No Alakh I don't want him to die ...It is just that he makes it difficult for me to respect him at times...But I don't hate him at all...

Excellent review Shyamala, I was waiting for it. Whenever there is an important turn in the story, your reviews are a treat to read. Ooops, they are always a treat but extra insightful during those turns. A question for you - Jodha used the chanakya neeti I felt for two reasons. First to bring the Cheapudin gang down by proving to them that their efforts to separate her from Jalal failed. The second one was that she could influence Jalal to find a middle way. I felt she did not think it would result in his giving away the fort. What did you think? The MA convo later she had also said she did some bhalai to get bhalai from Shenshah. It was a master piece yesterday, don't understand how they fit all of that in a 20 min episode.

How true, this line of yours is so right about future of Akdha. I anyways enjoy their arguments more than anything, so I am in for the seesaw ride.

Good for the CVs, who can then go back to seesaw mode for another few dozen episodes!!

thanks for the wonderful post aunty.

I guess Jalal was not enough to make us (me) use my brain acitvely in order to decipher his actions and behavior and that's why even Jodha joined him. I at least know what Jalal is going to take the fort back due to the last shot but I am not sure if Jodha meant wheh she said that her pati and her parivaar is foremost to her. I know she said that to show MA , sharif and Adham that She is not going to fight with Jalal on Sukanya's issue and is with him. MA and the gang did not create differences between her and Jalal as sharif expected ghamasan yudh between Jalal and Jodha.

Did Jodha really mean when she said hamare pati and humare parivaar is foremost and she is begum first and then amer's daughter from now on? Did she just say that to show off MA and the gang? Did she say it to "save her standing" in agra? Did she say it to come in good books of Jalal? I

I doubt Jodha meant all the things she said yesterday (May be we will see in upcoming episodes, if she meant it or not).

Thank you for the analysis. Loved yesterday's episode because I was missing seeing ruthless jalal. As far as he is concerned he is he is being ruthless because he thinks he is being wronged by rat king( thank you for that word) . Rat king said don't raise your sword because we have an army too. But in one move that threat was rendered useless by Jalal.

Jalal in this show is neither as great as Chanakya not the real Akbar but I was glad to see some of his cunning which has only been talked about so far. I do think he will amends for wajinder once the truth comes out. He is deceitful but he is just when he has to be.
But he is as blind to Mughal follies as jodha is to Rajput follies and it will be a long time before either of them see the truth separate from emotions .

Was HB so enamored by jodhas show yesterday that she failed to hear what was said about bb testifying against shareef? Wouldn't any mother pick up on that and go ask her daughter ? At least talk to SIL about it ? How it happen etc? Ask bb why jodha even thought that she could make an allegation like that ? HB as much as I like her have to say she failed both her kids
