I read somewhere tht Rukaiya was Akbar's fave queen n in later age he even said tht how he wished he never married anymore after Ruku. But its clear tht Jodha was also along wth Salima Begum his 3 Khaas Begums n fave too. As coz Jodha was MUZ n the mother of the heir of Mughal so she did had special position in his life! I also read somewhere tht he had 4 khaas begums n married again after his marriage wth Jo. Sry if its misleading coz I only read these frm various places.

in Mughal empire, how did they used to appoint the ruler? I mean was it the first son of any wives, who will b the next king or was it the first son of the first wife? It seems Akbar's mom was not the 1st wife of Humayun, n what does Marium makani means??

where r the other wives of humayun stayed? coz in the palace it only Hamida who stayed wth Emperor Akbar?

She maintained her Hindu faith and practiced it in the Harem.
This was also one of the cause of revolts in the kingdom.!.😕
Just having a Tomb does NOT means that she converted.

Even today her palaces in Fatehpur Sikri, etc. have those Hindu Temples surviving.
Moreover the accounts of Abu'l Fazl mention that Akbar faced around 72 revolts due to acceptance of Hinduism in his close circle.

The conflict between Father-Son was MAJORLY due to the fact that who will be the future king.
Akbar had shown a preference for Prince Khusrau over Jahangir.
