Yes he says that in her wake . After she leaves declaring arrogantly, "Hum Aapko Amer nahin jaane denge." He tells her this. It sounded..a bit odd because it didn't really make sense.

Did he mean his "haq" to go to Amer or his "haq" to make decisions? I think both..
