Sara...your points may be valid...but let me tell you one thing...unless and until this was a Hollywood venture..or a movie by one of our perfectionist-directors/actors (and maybe even then) you'd find bloopers of this sort in every Desi production...😳 Why, scour through the IMDB website and you'll find such continuity & lack-of-research complaints even in large Hollywood ventures😕
As for home, there wouldn't be ONE serial where you would find everything explained...and everything continuous...everything logical...Mahabharat is such an expensive venture - even there I find a few such issues...
JA is much more modest production-wise..these things are bound to happen
Basically, for the transition between daytime-nights and so -on ...many many times (in many serials) the reason for the lack of continuity is primarily because the shoots have gone on longer than planned..which means they HAVE to wait for 24 horus to catch the right type of Sunlight time next day...which they cannot afford to do (since they don't have time bank). Since this is not economically/time-wise feasible this day-night, night-day transitions shall not be shown logically in many serials...
My two pence about how to enjoy the episode is that - unless the fault is just too glaring (like the needless slaps meted yesterday) give the rest a miss...warna you'll not be able to enjoy any of the Indian serials today...they don't have the kind of professionalism/time/money to be able to come up with something 100% or even 90% logical most of the time...the problem's not with Ekta..its with all Indian serials as a whole😊
