(Jodha and jalal were feeling much relieved in each other's arms...they are lost in each other smiling...holding each other lovingly...but their pleasure is interrupted by some footsteps of horses that grew louder with every passing second...they both came in attention...jalal quickly picks up his shamshir...jodha looks for hers...it was at some distance...)

Jodha:- shenshah...humari talwar dijiye hume...jaldi...

Jalal:- nahi jodha...aap pehle hi bahut kar chuki hai humare liye...aur aapka hath bhi zakhmi hai...is halat me aap lad nahi sakti...aap fikr na kare...hum samhal lege in sabko...aap humari apni hai...aur jyada dard nahi sehne dege hum apko humare liye...

Jodha:- apna bhi kehte hai...aur phir parayo jaisa vyavhar bhi karte hai...humne koi upkar nahi kiya hai aap per shenshah...hum prem karte hai aapse...kya apne prem ke liye kuch karna galat hai...aur aap chinta mat kariye...hume kuch nahi hoga...jab aap humare sath hai to badi se badi musibat bhi humara kuch nahi bigad sakti...aur bhuliye mat aapki patni hone ke sath sath hum ek rajwanshi bhi hai...in chote mote ghavo ka koi asar nahi padta hum per...talwar dijiye hume...

Jalal:- aapse behes me koi nahi jit sakta...(he picks up the sword and hands it to her)

Jodha:- (holding the sword) jab jante hai to behes karte hi kyu hai haan...

(they both hold each other's hand firmly...holding the swords in another...waiting for the enemy to attack...they were carrying a very serious expression but with pride in their eyes...now the opponent army is quite visible to them...as jalal recognizes the person...it gives him sigh of relief...it's none other than his official advisor shamshuddin with his army...he gets down from the horse and rushes to jalal... )

Shamshuddin:-(worried) shenshah...shenshah...(he reaches near them...faces jalal) khuda ka lakh lakh shukra hai ke aap sahi salamat hai...ek pal ke liye to hume laga tha ke hum aapko kabhi dhund hi nahi payege...(he notices the wounds at his body and jodha's too)...shenshah aap thik to hai...aapke kandhe per ye ghav kaisa....(he looks at jodha...) ye kya...begum sahiba bhi zakhmi hai...hua kya shenshah...kis gustakh ne kiya ye sab...

Jalal:- shant ho jayiye shamshuddin sahib...allah ke fazal se hum dono bilkul thik hai...aap fikr mat kariye...

Shamshuddin:- lekin ye sab hua kaise shenshah...sirf ek bar us namurad ka naam bata dijiye hume...jisne aap dono ko ghayal kiya hai...hum khud apne hatho se uska sir katkar apke kadmo me rakh dege...

Jalal:- nahi shamshuddin...nahi...wo humara shikar hai...use maut zaroor nasib hogi...magar sirf aur sirf humare hatho...filhal hum iske bare me koi baat nahi karna chahte...aap bus jaldi se mehel lautne ka prabandh kijiye...jodha begum zakhmi hai...sabse pehle inka ilaaj zaroori hai...jayiye...

Shamshuddin:- jo hukm shenshah...(and he goes from there to make the arrangements...)

(jalal looks at jodha...and smiles...)

Jalal:- ab to shamshir chor dijiye jodha begum...bechari kabse aapke shikanje me kaid tadap rahi hai...(smirks and giggles...) kitni ajib baat hai na jodha begum...jab bahar nikalna chate the to rasta hi nahi mil raha tha...aur ab jab humesha ke liye yaha kho jane ka dil kar raha hai to...khair

(Jodha smiles and puts the shamshir down...jalal steps towards jodha...looks at her wound...the cloth tied around her wound is still wet with blood...he touches it which leaves a stain of blood at his hand...he gets down and apply it at jodha's leg near the toe...jodha is confused and can't get what he is up to now)

Jodha:- ye kya kar rahe hai aap...

Jalal:- dekh nahi rahi jodha begum...kitni chot lag gayi hai aapke pair per...

Jodha:- ji(confused) ... humare pair per chot...nahi to...apko zaroor koi galatfehmi ho gayi hai...

(jalal quickly gets up and put his finger on jodha's lips...)

Jalal:- shhh...apko chot lagi hai jodha begum...aur aap bhi yahi kahegi agar koi puchta hai to...kyuki hum chahte hai...(very seriously)

Jodha:- aap thik to hai shenshah...ye sab kya hai...hum kuch samajh nahi paa rahe hai...

Jalal:- aapko samjhne ki zarurat bhi nahi hai jodha begum...bus jaisa hum keh rahe hai utna kariyega...

(jodha was about to say something but jalal interrupts her by placing his one hand under her knees and other on her waist...lifts her up...)

Jodha:- ab ye kya hai...kar kya rahe hai aap...shayad aap bhul rahe hai ke hum yaha akele nahi rahe ab...sab dekhege to kya sochege...apni ichao ko vash me rakhiye shenshah...niche utariye hume...

Jalal:- tabhi to...itne sare logo ke samne aapko baho me uthane ke liye koi to bahana chahiye na jodha begum...ab dekhiye(sarcastically)...apke pair me chot lagi hai to zahir si baat hai ke aapko chalne me taklif hogi...to apki sahuliyat ke liye hume aapko uthana hi padega na....(smirks...)

Jodha:- aap(irritated).....hey ambe maa...ye kya pagalpan hai shenshah...fauran niche utariye hume...

Jalal:- pagalpan to hai...beshak hai...lekin mohabbat ka... ab ye bhi batana padega kya aapko ke hum ye sab kyu kar rahe hai...kya kare...ek pal ke liye bhi aapko apni baaho se dur karne ka ji nahi kar raha humara...ab chup rahiye...aur jitna kaha hai bus utna hi kariyega...samjhi aap...aapko humari kasam..

(Shamshuddin returns with two horses...)

Shamshuddin:- ye lijiye shenshah...humne aap dono ke liye ghodo ka intezam kar diya hai...(he feels a bit embarrassed watching their position...jodha feels like jumping in the water again due to the awkward moment)

Jalal:- magar do ghode kisliye...aap dekh nahi rahe...jodha begum ke pair me chot hai...esi halat me ghudsawari kaise karegi wo...ek hi ghoda kafi hoga...aap chaliye...hum jodha begum ko lekar apke piche piche aate hai...

Shamshuddin:- jaisi aapki icha...(and he gets on the horse and proceeds)

(jalal puts jodha down...and helps her to get on the horse...he too aboard the horse and sits behind jodha...jodha is all fuming within...embarrassed...not able to say anything because of his kasam...jalal enjoying her irritation...he knowingly put his one hand on her waist...holding it tightly...and other on the lagam... He notices jodha's angry face...and he knew very well how to calm her down...)

Jalal:- kya baat hai jodha begum...itna gussa kis baat pe...koi kuch galat nahi soch raha hai...wo sab karan samajh rahe hai humare esa karne ka...(jodha stares at him angrily...jalal realizes that she is misunderstanding...he quickly corrects himself...)...abb...humara matlab hai jo karan humne bataya hai wo...lekin agar apko itna hi bura lag raha hai to thik hai...(and he makes a puppy like face...an tends to get down...jodha stops him by holding his hand...)

Jodha:- koi avashyakta nahi hai...baithe rahiye...(still in a serious tone...)

(jalal smiles widely and kisses her on her cheek from behind...hugs her tightly...)

Jalal:-hum jante hai aap hume dukhi nahi dekh sakti...isiliye to hum aapko itna pasand karte hai...ummah(another kiss on her cheek...this makes jodha laugh...she laughs lightly and puts his hand on jalal's cheek...w/o looking back...*like she did in the jalal rescue sequence while riding the horse...remember.*...she kisses on his cheek too...)

Jodha:- ab chale...humare shaitan shenshah ji...

Jalal:- ji bilkul...(and they proceed to reach the palace...)

(on the other hand the news of their arrival spread rapidly in the palace...hamida bano, jiji anga, bakhshi bano and all others were very happy to hear this...Ruqqaiya was happy to hear about jalal's arrival...but as soon as she came to know that jodha is also with him...she fumes in anger...)

Ruqqaiya:- pata nahi jalal...us badzaat ko mehel wapas lekar kyu aa rahe hai...itna acha mauka tha usse picha chudane ka...lekin jalal hai ke...huh...(she moves her head away in disgust...suddenly a thought came in her mind)...ruko...ye bhi to ho sakta hai ke use yahan wapas lane ke piche jalal ka koi maksad ho...kyuki bina fayde ke to koi kaam nahi karte wo...aur unke dimag ko humse acha kaun jaan sakta hai...hmmm(she nodes her head in support...)...zarur jalal ke dimag me koi to naya khel hai...kya pata...shayad wo sabke samne jodha se maafi mangvakar use zalil karna chahte ho...ha ha ha ha...wah ruqqiya...kya khub dimag lagaya hai...(she praises herself...she runs to the terrace as she wanted to see jalal before anyone...but she was unaware of the storm coming towards her...she dint even have an idea that situations are changed now and jodha was no longer an ordinary begum for jalal...unaware of all this she waits impateintly for jalal)

(all other including hamida bano, bakhshi bano, salima, rahim etc. has gathered on the gate to welcome jalal and jodha...all were impatiently waiting for them to arrive...)
