The only thing I would like to add is that while Jalaal is genuinely apologetic and wants to make up for everything he has done, his pride is also hurt because of Jodha's frequent declarations of hatred. And I don't mean that in a bad way. He has started to acknowledge that all his lofty statements about Jodha are false and he is starting to like her. And so he is hurt and he wants Jodha to like him and not hate him. So with the choice he has given her is an ultimatum of sorts for the two of them. Yes he does not want Jodha to leave but he does not want her to stay and hate him either. I guess Jalaal wants to see what Jodha is going to do and how important or not this relationship is for her. Of course if she chooses to leave, he will regret his generosity but atleast he will know where she stands. I love how soft and gentle he is becoming with her 😊 his whole demeanor changes when he is with her.
Jodha, the poor thing, was almost hysterical after he left. Does she really hate him to the extent that she will leave him and possibly bring disgrace to her entire family? I doubt it. Not only does she not hate him as much as she claims to, but her love for her family is above and beyond any other consideration.
I cannot wait for the dear tiger's arrival.

You are right Vicky.Jalal doesnt want Jodha to go back to Amer that is why he placed another option for her.He knows no matter what or he hopes that she own break this relation.She could have broke their marriage on their first night but Jalal knows this marriage to Jodha is not for her but for her family.He wants to show he is not that bad.Yes i will send you back but it will be on your own will.

And who the heck compliments his wife after giving her options to leave him??Somewhere Jodha even though she gets embarrassed is growing accustomed to his compliments.

He knows she wont leave and if she does Bharmal and his Company mainly of Wailvati would not want Jodha to come back to the Kingdom as a divorcee.That would put a bigger hole in their reputation than a marriage to a Mughal.

Divorce or abandonment is not an option for Jodha and Jalal is trying to atone for his mistake but somewhere down inside he has to know that Jodha cant and wont leave.Rajputs women never leave their husbands.When will Jalal understand the importance of a marriage?
