this is may be title but she never addressed with any other name in Akbar n Jahangir autobiographies.

I m not sure this name given her when she convert her religion to islam, or when she got married to Akbar in first place ... because at that for nikkah ceremony all would be wifes should change their official religion ...

or when she gave birth to Akbar first son

But in case of either ofabove situations. The power n authority right after emperor shown in the JA has nothing to do with this name or title.
