i know its a bit late but how exactly did jalal get to know that MM was the one behind BK'S death...or was it just that he found out that she just dint like him..does he know that adham khan got him killed?

I think according to history, nothing... Adham khan was his only son/child . after his brutal fate which is so justified she lost her will to rule and eventually live in isolation and died soon (dont know exact) but she remain respectable for Akbar. but posses no power on court ... her power is also exaggerating in the show...peticot govt was not for long time. n BK MA all saying emperor by his name is also hilarious.. Mughal protocols were so strict even one can manipulate king but cant never call even prince by his mere name.
