Where is the jallad in Jalal? Aur kitna insan banaegi Jodha usse? He is such a nice person already! She seems like an irritating person demanding her head all the time. The relationship between just watching tthis show only in love of Rajat lets see how much I can bear.

Its mostly because they are rushing things. Its only making it impossible for the characters to develop, which usually takes time. There are many shades to a personality. They could have easily done that by cutting irrelevant scenes like the Shaguni bai ones..

I agree with u there. He was shown very differently. Now it seems like he has a bigger heart than most. In such a case, what does Jodha wanna change in him?

this is the mistake of CVs. in start they portrayed him like that... even he looked psychopath in beginning... which was disgusting in Rajat's innocent face... even Jalal at that time no more 18 or 19 made at age of 13 cant afford so big harem... but they showed it... even in order to portray Rajput good they also destroyed their warrior image... in taking so much fictional liberties the now the story of great Akbar is out of their control

🤣
He would have said " chup ho ja Sa**i!! mere itne sare biwi o ne bhi mujhe itna padesan nahi kar saka itne saalo mein Jitna tu kar diya..kuch hi dino me"

Truly. I feel in Ruqaiya's case there is no need to rush! She could've been just the way she was. What was the hurry to show her so negative? Jodha hasn't entered the scene yet. There is still time for that. They are changing the characters at whim 😲

What was called as petticoat govt?? The decisions in harem or court??

Ruqaiyya was powerful. But that doesn't excuse the CVs showing her negative. She was given Jahangir to raise. Why would he be more fond of her than his own mother? He spoke highly of her in his book, and Akbar also gave Shah Jahan to raise to her. I think it was Jahangir who wrote that she loved Shah Jahan a hundred times more than a real mother. She was also Jalal's confidante. In such a scenario, it feels so wrong to see her portrayed so badly. She might not be the heroine but she was no villain

It was when Maham Anga became all powerful after removing Bairam Khan. She was the prime minister for a while until Akbar removed her because he found her overbearing. It was also called the Harem rule or something

shah jahan was given to Ruqayya and her real mother wasn't even allowed to meet him. We all know what he turned into. That speaks for itself.
