Imma try and answer that :D

(1) In those time,the messengers always read the letters,however personal it might have been.That's why i guess 😛

(2) this one is easy.Akbar was illiterate.(credit-the film 😛 theer is a scene where Jodha writes akbar's name in persian rememba?n akbar cudnt read it?)

(3) Arre,pehle he has to take his dulhan on the horse na.so woh dulha costume wud have been really heavy 😛(not that he can't carry that of with utmost ease 😳)

And that dress.Yaaar,uss zamaane mein bhi designers the.so that even teh kings also cud have some variety in clothing 😛 Waise,i think that particular costume was typical arabian na.I remember aladdin used to wear such loose pants 😃
