Written Update 27/05/12 *Playback - Challengers*

My comments on this episode:

Singing wise:
Sanchita deserved the top score. Probably a 38/40.
Vaishali's song was beyond my understanding. She was kinda off-pitch.
Shivamm was YELLING. Literally, he was screaming at the top of his lungs.
Nihira was good but yeah, she has done better than this previously.
Rehman was again, beyond my understanding. His song was way off. I thought he would get eliminated tonight.

Decision about the Top 3:
The Judges need to decide and be impactful in a way. They are just very easy going. I mean, so many weeks and there has always been Top 2, why the sudden top 3? Was it because they didn't want to hurt one of the contestants? Top 2 should have happened. OR they should have moved Sanchita directly into the champions side and left Shivamm and Vaishali for the voting round.

Mass Elimination:
If the judges hadn't had two rounds without elimination, this idea of mass elimination wouldn't have happened. We have had two consecutive weeks for the Challengers without elimination - first was Maa round and the second was last week with Wild Card entries.
I seriously think that this is unfair on the part of Champions because they have been moved to the Challengers side both the weeks but the Challengers didn't have an elimination hence the amount of people on one side has been more than the other side.

thanks for the updates..had missed the episode...

these days around the episodes look forced...I m such a big fan of so many of the singers here..so many twists may take a toll..either they will take in the pressure and perform better, or the pressure may just get to them..

I just hope and pray that this does not make a great candidate loose out of the race to the finish...

Feel so bad about Nihira but this was not her song and she did not capture the spirit of Kareena in the song -- plus she seemed out of tune at some points. Not a good song choice for her but also a bad day at the office.

I feel bad for Sanchita! She has been the top scorers for every week since she has gone to the Challengers side, as much as I like all the people on the champions side, I wish she had won against Akansha, since her voice has not been the best around for all types of songs, as this competition is too prove you are universal! So hopefully Sanchita can make it next week!
