Yeah...those who shipped them with some common sense never thought they were dating....we just enjoyed them as bffs and how they supported each other...but chalo...they are adults and know better when it comes to tackling their personal and professional lives..

Firstly I never never shipped them romantically...I don't know why but I always take these things with grain of salt.

That show Jhanak, written by Leena Gangopadhyay, gave fans almost nothing in terms of actual RuNak romance. It was all separation, tragedy, and unfulfilled longing. Naturally, fans—craving emotional payoff—looked beyond the script.

And that’s when Krushal and Hiba stepped in as it was not possible for the writer to come up with better storytelling …🤣The show wasn’t giving RuNak romantics anything, and instead of addressing that through storytelling, the actors themselves leaned into Krushi content.

But with off-screen chemistry, longing,long stares,comfort, teasing banters, playful glances—just enough to ignite hope.

They Didn’t Just Allow the Hype. They Rode It.

They accepted gifts, edits, prayers, messages, hashtags, and endless fan labor.They glowed in interviews, public appearances, and award ceremonies, thanks largely to the Krushi branding.

They knew exactly what kind of illusion was being formed—, They knew that they are being shipped romantically and they did nothing to discourage it.

And now, suddenly this,

Fans filled the emotional vacuum with edits, reels, gifts, prayers, trending tags—all in good faith thinking “we’re supporting them.”

And now suddenly, when the hype has served its purpose and they’ve reaped the love, fame, and awards, the narrative shifts.

Sure, boundaries are important, but so is accountability.

You can’t enjoy the benefits of a ship culture when it’s convenient and then shame those same fans for holding onto the illusion you helped build.

The most paradoxical thing is, in the name of making a public appeal to not to intermix professional and private lives, much curiosity has been generated about the private life..

The SM account was being used for professional announcements, why did you disclose a personal matter there??

If you don't know how to protect your own privacy, you can't demand for discretion from onlookers..

For all the claims of social-awkwardness made till now, didn't just remaining quiet cross the mind??

And if this is a publicity stint, hardly 10-15% of the IndianTV audience may be on SM, a small subset watch his shows.. far lesser indulge in writing comments... is this all worth ..??

Sorry to say but the fiasco amounts to making your very own and personal BigBoss...

Honestly I don't even care about this show going off air....I don't want to even remember this show.Everyday this show is giving me another reason to do so ....

But yeah today I heard about Krushal and Hiba and the latest drama and suddenly I remembered everything related to this show and I realised that I had not forgotten it at all 🤣

But, I guess now we have to serve them a reality check...mocking fans' emotional attachment when it is no more serving you as per your convenience and asking for support are two contradictory demands and cannot be fulfilled at the same time.

I have mentioned the same point a few pages ago, of igniting more public scrutiny on their personal equation by posting not to do so and then immediately unfollowing... it's utterly kiddish and shows how unprofessional you are ...also shows you do not care about fans' emotions.

You know I am not that hurt regarding this drama...amused yes...but I honestly had stopped caring a bit.

But you know speaking in general,

I get what might have hurt the most: Not that they’re not together.Not even that they denied the ship.or fell out.

But that the way they pretended that they had no role in creating the illusion.

Emotional marketing has consequences.

If nothing else, fans deserved acknowledgment, not mockery.Not romance. Not validation. Just basic respect.

Accountability Should Go Both Ways

If celebrities want to shut down shipping culture, they must also acknowledge when they helped cultivate it.

A simple statement like:

“Thank you for the love. We appreciate your affection, but please respect our personal space"…It would’ve been far more graceful than acting superior about a fandom they themselves nurtured.
