May be...or may not be...Hiba's make up and look changed drastically post Runak's consummation in Kashmir...also, she gained some weight back then...that could have made the difference..I saw a few kf her reels and photos without makeup and she exactly looks like her mom...and that's why I cannot completely be sure that she had undergone any surgery..

Woh same purpose toh AT bhaiyya bhi serve kar rahe the but he was given space on the montage even then na....lol

But yeah the hurried way in which they've done this replacement without any advance notice, does seem like they may not bother with giving new Rishi space on the montage ya phir bas sautan sisters ko daal denge.
