I don't think he is being good to Arshi as per this BTS....the cold vibes between them are obvious....but there is no justification for why he would go along with even publicly playing husband to Arshi for any reason....aisa kaunsa "compromise" hua hai iska with Arshi that he agreed to this....it's all senseless crap only just to keep giving Arshi importance in Bose fam.

Yep 100% is sab good gang ke aage ke dialogues yehi hone waale hain ki itne saalon ki SHAADI hai with Arshi toh you must nibhaao FARZ blah blah towards her, raise the kid with her, be happy family blah blah....lol
