I was starting to recount all the horrible things today and then remembered 'not worth discussing'. I used to feel a sense of betrayal and loss, and kept coming here for closure. No more.... nothing worth saving here. This is too much garbage than my brain can handle.

I know that anger will abate and I obviously will put it behind me.. as for the story not living to its potential.. I feel you mustn’t feel too bad… it’s the writer’s failing why should we take any responsibility for that? If she wasn’t able to chart out a path for a love story.. the loss is actually hers… If she thinks that a person is destined to live a loveless life, for deceit, for moral hang ups that one actually resents… what’s the story being told? Bullcrap!! Why take trauma on that? Just as an aside, I am a romantic at heart… I can accept fatalism in life for love but I can’t accept fatalism in fiction… in fiction fatalism will always be cop out!!
