J's POV is clear. Ani manipulated her against her core wishes to get her to marry him, saying he cannot live without her. End when Arshi came with news of pregnancy, he asked for J's forgiveness, but while he could have taken responsibility for Arshi's child, he went ahead and married her as well. Further damning is the fact that he chose the baby over Jhanak's life. He should have known if he married Arshi, J will have to leave BH which is why he purported to marry her int he first place. For Ani his zimmedhari is over J - so no one should be pointing fingers at J for putting her convictions over him.

Show writing is not clear tho. They made it seem like J was forcing him and then called it Ani's choice. Makers are as always playing a double game.

Priya, what I understood, Ani didn't CHOSE Arshi this time...He accepted the PUNISHMENT given to him by his BELOVED Jhanak and his family in the form of marriage to Arshi..If you can recall yesterday's episode, he was ready to take responsibility of Arshi ki zarooratein..He didn't want to break his marriage with Jhanak..it's Jhanak who broke the marriage...she CAed him...called him dhokebaaz.. didn't believe his love for her to be genuine...most importantly, didn't ask him his stance in the entire fiasco...When a person is charged with a crime like this, it is very awkward to have public discussion ..what do you expect Ani to clarify in detail?? That he under influence of alcohol, thought Arshi to be Jhanak and committed a mistake!! Is it a thing to declare in public!! I don't think so! The last part of the episode...where he burst out...behra nahi hun main...and then declaring he is dhokebaaz...jhoota...and he will complete marriage with Arshi...all these were the reiterations of Jhanak's blames...he did the marriage in anger...in pain...in zid...also in guilt...he had multiple monologues with statements like meri ek galti ki wajah se Mera pyar door ho gaya mujhse...so he is considering the act as a mistake committed by him, and he is no where thinking it as a crime committed by Arshi...again...he will face consequences for putting Arshi at a higher pedestal than what she really is...In fact, both J and him will keep facing pain and separation till they realise that it's Arshi who is at fault by repeatedly coming in between them..

J whether is deceiving herself or not - always stands on the same point. So its easy for me to guess her reaction. Whatever her real feelings- she will always support didi and Ani's relationship, because she feels their relationship has priority. In a way its predictable and has been the same always.

Ani just flipped from I cannot live without J to marrying Arshi in same mandap as he was to marry J. Tell me why he did not agree to take responsiblity of child and yet not marry Arshi. As he himself said, its not the first time this is happening. He chose his zimmedhari over his independence and prospects of uniting with j/ later on. A CHOICE. So if he seems upset with his CHO/ice, I cant blame anyone else but him right?

Makers are trying to fit the point in viewers mind that Aniruddha choose his zimmedari over pyar, yes he did no doubt. But if we think rationally, can't we expect from a Man who accept his child and give his name so that child didn't suffer. If he deny that this child is not him, we will definitely curse that man na ki kesa aadmi hai, if we go with real thing instead of knowing about this as drama

Secondly, Aniruddha doesn't remember anything, he only remember that he was drunk that night. He accepted it ki syd usse galti hogyi hgi, obviously wo aisa soch bhi nhi sakta na ki Arshi ne uska fayda uthaya hga instead he is in a guilt of doing wrong with Arshi that night as a respectful man

Now, when it comes to him knowing that Jhanak is under threat, kya us waqt wo us thought process ko soch bhi paa rha hai. He broke completely, even he feels ki usne dhokha dia hai Jhanak ko.... He always claimed ki uska Arshi ke sath koi physical relation nhi hai and suddenly use pata chalta hai ki Arshi ke sath usne nashe ki halat Mai galat kia....he also feel ki he betrayed Jhanak

Same case already happened with him in past regarding Jhanak there he didn't accept anything and eventually it comes out as true that Jhanak was saying Correct....Uske andar wo thought process bhi toh hai na ki Arshi ka toh koi affair bhi nhi hai and she is pregnant toh definitely usse galti hui hgi...and he accepted even without remembering.

And yeah whole point is makers are setting up the theory about BH wasis claim of Arshi being Laxmi, if Runak marriage happened this time then they'll curse Jhanak only of being the reason of them getting poor......so ye Arshi ka bhoot utarna jaruri hai from BHs people tabhi wo Jhanak ko accept krenge.... eventually if Runak in future get together wo Puri family ke acceptance se hi honge...agr abi Runak ki shadi ho jati toh each character of show will have sympathy about Arshi ki uske sath Galat hua hai toh us factor ko hi khatam krne ki koshish ho sakti hai probably by this whole next upcoming tracks

I agree to your point regarding Runak being married with most family members' blessings...

Arshi to eveyone agrees is intolerable. I dont have any more insight in this regard.

I tend to write more from J POV - because most folks here see Ani's POV and have already written abt it.

Only grouse you can level against J is she is not doing anything for their love. But she always says she wont explicitly. Its not like she said she will and then backs out. She has one point and sticks with it. Whether we like it or not its her life and her principles. As long as she is not flip flopping I am ok. I fully agree J sometimes says something and expects something else. That I have always called her out on. But she never says something and does something else unexpected like Ani.

Coming to his decision to marry Arshi ..Ani after one point once he realised his love for jhanak ..he has not denied it even once...and to me it's absolutely clear Jhanak is his love and whatever Arshi is a lot by writers keeping Arshi relevant coz he has very clearly articulated he wants Arshi out of his life to the point of giving her divorce .he has shown conviction in choosing jhaank and sticking to his decision despite all pressure from everywhere..but issue is he doesn't get jhanak support when he puts in his best to make them couple...she hides under garb of my didi ki khushi...she wants everything but keep her image clean ...he asked jhanak please support me a little here which she doesn't..she doesn't lift a finger to make them couple

She made it absolutely clear to everyone she was marrying Ani out of majboori and she is gonna leave him once he gets well and hand her to Arshi better than present condition...issue is saying I want didi khushi and actually being happy in didi being khush are very different things ...she could not even get herself to be happy for didi and her good news despite her claims that didi ki happiness is most important for her..jab door se pyaar karna hai and didi ki khushi chahiye ...to kal didi khushi thi why not be happy for her..itna takleef kyu ho rahi thi

Her breakdown shows her jealousy which he was hiding under false mahanta..which is sort of ok coz of how she has been written

Coming to decision of Ani saying yes to marriage at his own wish and happiness..it's unbelievable how this rape track is being WW and it's being made all about Ani mistake. .so basically story is a rape victim is villian who gave dhokha to jhanak and broke her heart..while I saw how he was raped

I have nothing against jhanak ..her shock pain all were not wrong ..but regarding Ani ka claim on loving jhanak false i strongly disagree

If u watched yesterday episode..just imagine guy getting news of Arshi pregnancy...he has no recollection..he doesn't remember what happened as we saw he was out of his senses when Arshi raped him ...jhanak thinking he cheated her...her absolute manic outburst...cancer truth coming out ..jhanak MU him..breaking marriage...intense pressure of everyone pushing him to marriage there and then and jhanak making sure it is done till last rasam..for any human being it's a lotttttt...he didn't even get time to process anything and when Jhanak called him all those names and he asked aren't u happy I am not unwell ..she couldn't even say I am happy....I felt heartbreak..anyone when subjected to this kinda pressure and heartbreak...can you think he married Arshi by will ..did he really have choice ...his family CA him..attacked him ..called her ghar ki Lakshmi and whatever pressure it was being put on him...and jhanak not even asking him his point of view I believe he crumbled..did anyone ask him what he wants no....everyone told him to marry...were they gonna let ghar ki Lakshmi leave after this news..no..so Ani ka decision doesn't even matter here

If u heard his last dialogue..the pain with which he said jhaank twice ..that I can't stop taking her name..maut a jayegi agar name nahi liya to...i felt his pain could make him kill there and then

I am not totally blaming jhanak too..I have nothing against her...but I felt yesterday everything that happened to him like train hitting him and no time to process anything..I felt it was life long sentence than his willingness to marry Arshi and not loving jhanak

Anyhow that's just me...I only feel he is dead body now surrounded by vultures...so i disagree with the fact that his feelings of love for jhanak were false..he could have died there and then out of heartbreak ..even if he stopped jhanak would she stop..she would walk about anyway coz she didn't even give him grace to say anything..is time pe Ani zinda lash hai

Anyhow this is forced narrative to make Pl at center so no point organically analyzing it .but I don't believe Ani doesn't love jhanak and said yes to marriage at will coz he didn't have any choice anyway coz of unbearable relentless pressure..but as I said that is just me

At the center of this debate is the viewers perspective. If a viewer believes that Ani was violated by Arshi, then you are in an emotional journey with Ani feeling the torrent of emotions and the decisions he made when EVERYONE blamed him despite being the victim. But if you fundamentally don't believe that Ani was violated, then you expect a logical thoughtful Ani, weighing the options carefully and choosing the baby vs Jhanak.

Thank you for posting it and clarifying yet again how this shaadi and taking responsibility of this kid was not his decision......he didn't choose this life he was forced in to it. And the one person he was looking for support kicked him and supported the daayan

hey there - I was an adilie fan till they killed Adi's character. Not his sleeping with Malini, but his constant distrust of Imlie, and final straw when he thought Imlie was capable of hurting Malinis's baby. Similar to what is done to Ani in this show.

So when a clean alternative was open for Imlie I was ready to give arylie a chance and loved the way the makers were able to transition from very successful story to another. For me Adilie and Arylie were both briliiant pairings - each had their own charm.

Same like in Imlie, here also for me as Ani's character gets weaker, so is Runak charm losing appeal that I am open for a relationship where there is trust and respect on both sides. While I love Runak, I'd rather see a more positive story without love than this love yet distrust crap everyday.

He married arshi just for baby. Nae to us bache par uska kea asar parta in future.and by nature anni is kind. Didi ke saath anni ke shaadi hue ye injustice ha. Arshi ko punishment Milne chahea the whatever she did. But nahi aakhir mein sab anni ko he blame Karenga.aur wohe ho raha ha. K why he agreed to marry her. Responsibility ase nahi Utah le jaate is society mein.
