This story would be better viewed if people acknowledged that Jhanak is just as much of a KNOWING manipulator as Ani can be .....she is no innocent lamb who doesn't know what she's doing.

She is very well aware that Ani loves her, she flaunts this fact in Arshi's face when she wants to argue with her but will otherwise do nothing about it....it's like she enjoys the power this status quo gives her over Ani's life while she continues to build her own life without being held back by any attachments. Sometimes it really feels like she's mocking Ani for being stuck with baggage while she can flaunt in his face that she has no baggage of a +1 to hold her back

Frankly...I would have bought the claim that J is doing her sapno ki udaan without any baggages...woh bhi madam se nahi hota...every other day she needs to be pushed to do some thing in life! Bhai aise career nahi bante! Yes she's is talented! But if she doesn't consistently work hard to remain relevant, her inferiors will eventually surpass her in career!

And I believe she lost her innocence on the Kashmir night when she chose giving in to Anirudh's love by sacrificing her moral stand of not coming in between Anishit..yes she's a manipulator! But kya faida hai uska apart from ruining her life as well as Ani's life!! If she could use this manipulation skills to turn a situation in her favour in real, then I would have considered it to be a good traits...otherwise it's all talk and no action..

LOL manipulation toh manipulation hoti hai....there is no guarantee it will be a success or failure....but that doesn't change the action of manipulation and Jhanak very much does it too but sab log usko free pass de dete hain and bas Ani bash hota hai like he is some brute ruining her life

Jhanak wants mahanta brownie points more than anything else....lol so that is where she uses manipulation against Ani to either emotionally blackmail him or say brutal/hurtful things to him so that he goes away from her and she achieves her "main kitni sacchi, mahaan balidaan karne waali ladki" badge again
