I hope they modify the story without stretching like rubber band. This father daughter track is disgusting. How can J be not worried about Ani after a big surgery? Makers arent doing right things at right time.

Fully agree with you..trp must fall further...otherwise makers will not mend their ways...such a sad state of affairs in the show..

I somehow feel the contrary…Ani will retreat not because he wants but circumstances will force him to ( the plot devices aren’t convincing but broadly I always saw this stage of the two getting a sense of each other’s issues and it will be Nuton who will take on a new personality to claim back Ani…

If Leena does not make J realise the extent to which Ani staked his life and relationship to make sure she had a voice and place in society…If this doesn’t happen I would say Leena has poor creativity skills for character progression.When J will understand that Ani saw the letter and changed his decision, it will be a turning point in her life..

Ani retreating was also envisaged in the narrative cos his trait of choosing results over methods ( ends vs means) will dawn on him.

I am a bit tied up but will elaborate whenever possible.

I agree the plot devices are crazily arranged but for the culmination of conflict resolution the understanding of method vs ends has been pivotal in this narrative. The sense that not everything can be seen from the lens of right and wrong.

Ani chose a path, his traits and circumstances caused him to. But essentially he has high integrity of intent. The tale will recognise that through Nuton. Jhanak never got the answer on what caused Ani to turn back at Jammu station and take that decisive step. Nuton will understand that and help liberate Ani from the aftermath of that decision making.
I am not saying this based on what is happening now but how I always felt the tale poised to be. J will become Nuton in more ways than one.

I really want your pov to be proved right..but the way Leena is copy pasting tracks from her own gheesa Peeta shows, I am afraid I have to say Leena though have a creative aptitude, but will not put the efforts to showcase it...the senseless drama and character degradation aregenertaing greater business for her and clearly she is more concerned about business atp...moreover, the way audience revolted when Ani was butchered in aag track and after that, I strongly feel it resulted in to make some changes in the story, atleast w.r.t restoring the characterisation of Ani....but similar wave of protest is not shown for Jhanak's character butchering...I highly doubt she will change the arc for J without significant public grievance...

....J owning her right on Anirudh and claiming him to be her husband and lover, thereby, liberating him from the familial pressures he has been through will be a delightful progression which will be highly appreciated...moreover, it should definitely happen that J places Anirudh's wishes above everything else, in public domain, recognising the things Ani has done and sacrificed for her...Makers can create such a situation atleast by trapping Ani with Arshi using the signed document and family pressure and subsequently J taking over the things on her own hand...but...I don't know whether Leena is at all interested to show true empowerment in Jhanak..

The problem is the lack of courage to take a stand creatively as Leena is catering to different sensibilities and while it is difficult to please everyone, the writer must try to imaginatively put the money where the mouth is

I feel Leena is trying to posit the tale of how incompatibility can ruin relationships and she has chosen a pathway to show it but she is gingerly approaching it. Which is why the triangle in the story is so stupidly arranged in the narrative.
