Yes for now surely it is … they made Ani into one woman man , instead of making him dangle between the two … good on his character I guess ! The extremes though , I will never get used to it in this show! The extreme level of everything. I need to go back and read my analysis on makers again and again to remind myself what they love … this shock therapy for audience is just crazy !! They can earn TRP and fame making it less intense something like IPKKND. That show is still so famous , why can’t they use that kind of love story as an example ? They managed to show what they wanted with clear intent without taking it to extremes and still earned audiences heart… they are saving runak romance for the last so the hype never dies… ploys to just extend the track ! It’s all so clear as a day to me.. Anyway … doesn’t matter how much I complaint , its an itv and I need to get used to be selective about when to watch and when not to without getting too emotional about the short term outcomes.

Thank You Rekha Agree with the annulment as well, relationships are tied to the heart, not mohtaj of a paper!

Now that both have been conveniently reduced to being robots, with never a proper scene together post the annulment nor any scene of rueing the separation, missing eo or feeling guilty for what transpired, would like to see how the makers continue to keep showing them as robots.

And if keep up with their individual promise for Arshi and continue with the non-chalance and successfully so, we would just have to digest that how they built RuNak up and how they made us believe in their emotional connect was just a farce! Coz for me to believe in what I see today, I have to un-believe n un-learn what I saw in the past! That said, if that be the plan, they can make J move on with some acha ,bahut acha , bahut bahut bahut acha admi , for all I care!
Yes it definitely would be unfair for Ani and RuNak but at least it would give us the closure of sorts and rid us off this conditional and selective morality, that the characters conveniently suffer from, at the writer’s will !

In fact the annulment, in hindsight I consider a good thing to happen. If they wish to be together, they should consciously choose each other because they want it due to their love for each other not any compulsion. Love winning for love is its best reward.

Bold - beautifully put… among all the din, the emotional infidelity angle gets glossed over but it is a very central theme here.

Underline… Absolutely agree… my post was getting too long so I didn’t focus on how their bond formed and to me, the wedding was a like a way to meet, a catalyst of sorts and it was all that they experienced together that bound them together and made them fall in love with each other ❤️
