It could be or could not be. Since Arshi did saw Ani leaving the Holi party, she would have very well followed him. From the party to terrace, Ani got high and lost his senses unbelievable too. Ani acting up with Janak realizing Arshi has followed him could also be a possibility. For saving himself Ani stooped this much putting Janak in to the spot and embarrass her too is also not believable. I am kind of curious now how the precap is going to play in the episode.

Just saw the episode. Couldn’t read all the comments here. I am also so disgusted and disappointed when I saw the precap. How could he imagine arshi ??!! I would have been ok even if he kissed jahnak , as Jhanak herself.

But another perception came to my mind. Here Ani is under the influence of bhang and is also probably aroused. His feelings for jahank are pure. He likes her , maybe even loves her. But never thought of any physical intimacy with her. But with arshi, he was in a relation for the past few years and is very well having physical relation also ( if not all the way, but to some extent). So in his aroused state and with enhanced physical senses, he imagined arshi. His heart took him towards Jhanak. His concern for her took him to Jhanak, but his carnal needs got the better of him and he imagined arshi the only person with whom he has that kind of relation. He knows he can only be physically intimate only with arshi coz he is still committed to her.

Please note that Iam not supporting this. It was very disappointing for me too. But just thinking from all angles.

That is what I was also saying. He is saying everything to Janak by keeping Janak in the mind subconsciously. But his conscious mind think this is only possible with Arshi, so he might be imagining and telling Arshi’s name. With whatever explanation we give, the makers have disappointed the audience by giving such precap. Ani’s realisation is getting delayed like it is nowhere near.

I also read someone post on x that the precap for TV was the same old precap - this one was only for online audiences? I'm not sure how true it is - anyone who saw on TV can confirm?

I didn't understand this point why Shrishti and Basu ladies wanted to spike Jhanak's drink? The marriage truth was already revealed so what more to expect? May be they thought she will say something about any relationship with Ani? Or just making her drunk to send her away
