See, at first she was doing okay performances, and getting overscored, and then she started giving us phenomenal acts, so now they're underscoring her. I don't understand JDJ's thought process, like, it's beyond me, hats off to them for continuously baffling me at every turn.
I know with non dancers it's hard to incorporate dance moves, and I'm not saying they were bad, I was impressed! Just pissed off by the lack of dancing, as usual. At least Salman's consistent.
Yeah, I was super excited for Suvreen and Shakti at first, now i'm like, bye!

I did. It is not. I'm not saying she didn't have any inputs or whatsoever. But catching rhythmic beats on slow songs is not even Shantanu's forte actually - it's Macy's. I've seen him choreograph off screen videos of 'Alvida' and 'Laal Ishq' and that's totally his style. I don't know Nimit's choreography all that well, but from what I understand - Nimit is more hip hop. Shan's been shooting non stop anyway, I doubt he's had time to think about choreography. Nimit/Macy are constantly present at the rehearsals anyway. I'm not saying it's a bad thing, trust me. On the contrary, it's a GOOD thing.

Salman's consistent, but he's constant as well. There's no growth and it pisses me off. I want to see good dancing, and if there is none, it doesn't keep my attention for very long. On the contrary, the more you include nonsensical drama, the easier it is to lose my attention. I understand there has to be entertainment, but it's also a dance show. If you need time for quality, then give the contestants time. Instead of having a back up of 10 episodes, keep 2 weeks in between shoots - at least we'd get decent performances. They're human beings, not slave workers. Of course they need time for proper preparation.

Nimit and Macedon are officially assisting Alisha in Jhalak. Nimit joined 1st from the face off round and Mace later.
Nimit is quite versatile as a choreo. He choreographed many dances in D3 and they all were not Hip Hop.

Alright then! Consider me in. I'm hoping for some magic to be created then. They're all a bunch of extremely talented people. 😳

Nimit and Macy rock. And yes more than Alisha. Like for Suleiman's act,I doubt it was Alisha's choregraphy.

As far as Nimit & Macy are with Shan, they can do wonders. They can do/try any styles :D as long as Alisha can cope.
I heard Shan is doing robotics this week

Yeah! I saw that on my Insta. Now that is something I'm looking forward to. I don't think I've ever seen him do full-on robotics! Would be cool.

The costumes look hilarious by the way. What's up with JDJ and pathetic costumes? Good thing Shan can pull off almost anything.

My thing is one should give marks for both difficulty level as well as execution. Nora's act lacked proper execution . The co ordination problems were showing more coz Cornell and Malkhit were doing it together perfectly. And the main point also being she is a dancer. I don't understand the judges. So harsh on Shantanu at times, but so lenient on other dancers like Nora and Salman.

But think about it, at first they were giving her high marks for mediocre performances, and now that she's actually moving on to some difficult stuff, they're underscoring her. I do think that the judges were very lenient with Nora in the beginning, but now they're a lot harder on her, whereas with Salman they've always been lenient, always given him high marks, even for that joke of a hip hop act he did the second or third week.

I don't know Nimit's style at all, but I do know Macy's, so I thought he might've had something to do with the choreography. I'm glad that he and Nimit are there because all the the other choreographers have some sort of team working with them as well. Bhavna I know for a fact as a good team supporting her, I don't know what the hell is wrong with her choreography this year but I think she has Salman-itis.
Whoa, I didn't know that the contestants get basically zero preparation time! Does Rangeela think they're robots or something?! Of course they're gonna' need at least two weeks between shots, what the hell?!
Yeah, Salman consistently and constantly manages to piss me off.

Yes, finally something other than contemporary and hip-hop. I am so SICK of contemporary and hip-hop, I never want to see another contemporary or hip-hop dance, ever again!
