Shamita and Deepak's performance was no doubt very good, but coming to the comments by the judges..gosh it was just too much🤢.

Exactly..a 36 or 37 would do, but 39 was too much!

Tbh the performance was definitely not a 40 marks worth one and the comments were so way too much! So much favourism for shamita :/ I agree she is a good dancer but imo she hasn't shown any mind blowing growth as per se in JDJ as compared to other contestants!

@bold
This is exactly what I feel. She's indeed a good dancer, but her performances aren't mind blowing, except the helen act, even that wasn't a "wow performance" but she pulled of well!
The thing I dislike the most is the comments by the judges..man they are just too much, even today her performance was okay..but still she was given a 40..that act deserved a 37 or 38!

Shamita is never going to show mind blowing growth because she is already an experienced dancer. She was never counted as a non dancer so there was never going to be a journey. The only thing she could do is the same as Faisal, become sharper and varied in her moves. So this argument about growth can not be properly applied on someone who can dance.

As for her choreography, I will agree that Deepak could have extended her range. But most choreographies this season have been so so and not many have been truly mind blowing. There were moments here and there and little bits.
Finally the judges. They have been very confusing from the start both in scoring and comments.

yes, she is a good dancer
but from the start of the journey until now others are growing & improving a lot but she is there from where she started,
i have noticed that she never done any hard moves just doing what looks pretty n all..
you one more thing i have notice that when the judjes complementing her(over the top) it was very clear from the others contestant specially Faisal that how they are favoring her.. it was too much clear that they are not happy at all & how can that be when they also working very hard for this cometition... even more ..
& i know that they are favoring her from the start but towards the end that favorism reach to the sky & they are going to declare her winner so why they are waiting for, just end the drama & give her the trophy now on. it was torturing now..

But she was promoted by the channel and herself that she is a non-dancer😕 Why do people project themself as non-dancer is they are already good dancer?

From an earlier argument I still hold the same view. Every contestant had some experience of dancing whether at awards or professionally as a career so to me everyone is a dancer. Some are just more experienced than others.

Until colours itself becomes more clear and tries not to include trained dancers who are immediately excluded from winning because they don't fit non dancer to dancer quota, they will say lots of things like so and so is a dancer and that person is a non dancer. I have never seen any contestant like that. That is colors being it's strange self.
From her first performance she did bharatnatyam and other styles. Someone who Can do this from the first performance itself is some one who has quite an experience of dancing. Her sister is classically trained and she is not? Unlikely to me. She has always been a dancer.
