I see this argument about growth a lot and wanted to explain why experienced dancers will not show this growth. As for a memorable performance that depends on both individual tastes and the choreographer. What one person may consider memorable, someone else might not. Even some of Faisal's have not been memorable to me and he is unanimously considered the best dancer. Same with the other dancers. I remember some performances more than others.

Deepak is choreographing her and if at the end if this doesn't come up to individual expectations then that can be counted as one of the reasons why. He and the team involved could have done more in extending her range. I have always said that as I came to watch great dancing from all the celebrity contestants and was not fully satisfied in all cases by the choreographers. Scarlett's capabilities was not explored for example and she could have been amazing.

They have tried different forms but they were not starkly different from each other so they looked the same. They have done Latin, waltz, Bollywood, tollywood, that African dance form I can't remember the name of as a few examples. It's there but just not memorable once again. She has even done semi classical and hip hop. Surely those are different.

I have noted all contestants have attempted different dance forms but I do also notice there are certain dance forms that crop up a lot. I get why lots of different classical dancing can't be done as there is not enough time to pick it up but even the international dance forms are not all explored. The choreographers have this central group of dance forms they are comfortable with and a contestant can pick up within the time. No one would be able to pick up ballet for example in a week to do a wow performance that is technically brilliant. Plus not all the judges can mark that dance form. So in the end you get similar stuff. Also a lot of concept are recycled as well.
