I do understand and see how Shamita is favored at times.

That does not mean she is favored at ALL times.

The repetitive topics on her being favored are so unnecessary.

Shahid has no connections to Shamita or Shilpa

Nor does Lauren.

Nor does Ganesh

And Malika could care less about Shilpa especially since they both compete with item dance numbers.

I think everyone has the full capability to do well. And dance marathon also has to do with partners and coordination.

When Shamita gets good scores its not all her, its Deepak too.

I think the choreography of the bird concept was wonderful. Scarlet's dance was good, but it wasn't new at all.

I love Faisal and I think he should win, but I don't want to take away from other's dancing capabilities.

Sanaya has only one great dance to her credit, other than that we all know how popular she is and in the end JDJ is a popularity contest.

Mohit has had the biggest improvement, but he won't win because he isn't popular compared to the others.

Anita might come in the top because she is also pretty popular.

All the others do not have a chance...

My bet Sanaya and Faisal in the top, with Sanaya winning mostly due to her POPULARITY!

I agree that for Shamita is not every time to blame. Same goes for Mohit. Every time it's been said about Mohit that he can't win because of popularity. Misleading info...that ... he is not popular. Yesterday's Manish comments...he was safe because has got large number of votes...follow him on Twitter then you will get idea on his popularity. No of India forum topics...repeated threads of contestants...no of views does not indicate popularity because all this can be real or not real...

So please viewers do not judge popularity by looking at what happens here...this is just miniature crowd here...Faisal as a dancer and .Mohit who is becoming a dancer are true hard workers , who won't have too much activity on forums but they are real pride of Jhalak.

What we all have are our opinions .

Mine for what they are worth ...

Sanaya hasn't had one great dance only . She has had 4 excellent performances - Khuda Jaane , Charlie Chaplin , mujra , Banno and the Dhoom remix was very good too .

It's extremely unfair to say she is there because of her popularity ...she hasn't taken a safe route nor has been comfortable in her popularity so to speak and has given superb performances .

Their is no injury drama ( she was hospitalised for 3-4 days ) , no promos on injuries plus emotional atyachar .

Faisal is brilliant , the best dancer in the show ...he has given some superb out of the box performances . He is very popular too .

Mohit is very good and has improved a lot ( the most improved non dancer is Sanaya hands down ) . He is also very popular ...so best of luck to him .

Coming to Shamita ...I think her performances have progressively declined as the show has progressed . Her 2 nd and 3 rd performance were her best . Some of her scoring viz a viz her performances is a joke .

She is getting negative feedback not just from the audience but even some ex contestants on theit Twitter handle ...

Her bird act was decent but for me nothing fantastic ...at the level where the show is , it was alright ...so was Scarlett's too , nothing great abt it .

I agree to an extent...shamita is there because she is somehow saving herself...I strongly feel there is no family connection or channel favouring keeping her in jhalak until now...purely my opinion

Faisal is beyond superb...if he could win it would be history for making once a deserving to win a dance show...but then

I am taken back from my previous thoughts after watching mohit yesterday...man he is BRILLIANT FIGHTER hands down

The most deserving non dancer n popular n extreme FIGHTER in this show...with his marks last week anyone would have been down low n almost ready to quit...but then he bounced n excelled n how...CLAPS N SALUTES...

Now how I even cared to watch his performance is with the legendary rishi kapoor tweeting n praising him...that is huge compliment...someone post it in IF ...

It said...rishi ji predicts a star in mohit he has everything to become big ...way indeed a moment to rejoice for all mohit fans..hugs to all of u who have made him survive n huge round of applause to his choreo then n bhawna now

Apart from this the show is in downhill with regards to hosting judging crying hugging n even clothing of few female contestants...FACEPALM..with many more s**t drama each time a contestant is introduced or eliminated...jhalak script writer big hands down

Most of his routines are contemporary or bollywood..i would love to see him doing aerial act..I know Marissa did fab with Shaan!

I beg to differ here. Shamita is favoured ALMOST ALL times. She has given some outstanding performances and I won't take it away from her at all. Her 2nd and 5th week acts were the best of her according to me. However, I won't believe that her Dola Re act with Scarlett was a 40 or that Jee Le Zara act was a 38. Neither was her blindfolded act an outstanding one. She is always given comments like "You performed like a star" or "It was amazing". I never heard any of the judges commenting on the technicalities of her acts. And please don't tell me that she is more popular than Vivian. Everyone else has more fans than her. Shamita is favoured and it is too apparent to ignore.

About Sanaya...yes, she is right now the most popular contestant on Jhalak. But apart from popularity, she has talent and that too in abundance. I don't know if you have even followed her progress from week 1 to today. If you have had, maybe you would not have said that she has only one great dance to her credit. She has improved leaps and bounds with every single performance, except for week 8. I don't know which great dance you are referring to...Allah Duhai? Banno? Baby Doll? Charlie Chaplin? Khuda Jaane? Or maybe tonight's Aaj Phir? Too many great dances, so sorry...got confused which one you are talking about.

By saying that Sanaya will win mostly due to her "POPULARITY", you are demeaning her hard work and abilities. She has a huge fanbase who are extremely loyal to her but we should not forget that judges' scores also matter as much as votes. Sanaya is the only one right now who fits the bill of a potential JDJ winner...a non dancer who is rapidly transforming to a good dancer + a popular contestant.

I agree she's nt favoured each n every tym bt she's favoured quite often, much more dan any other contestant, to get irked as a viewer..she definitely doesn't hv d family connection here bt I hv alwys felt dat kjo hd a soft corner fr her which could b easily seen in his marking n now malaika is doing d same...she is definitely a finalist material bt bcz of dis favouritism ppl r nt liking hr or atleast I m nt liking her

Regarding sanaya I feel she has given worthy performances to b at dis stage of jhalak...u say she will win bcz of her popularity I think anybody, other dan her, if wins ll win bcz of his/her popularity only...if she wins she ll b a perfect example of a non dancer transformed to a beautiful dancer
