Incorrect reasons given by mods in Comparisons posts not allowed.

Dear Mods and Vijay,

As the 'Comparisons not allowed post' was not moved to Suggestions and answered here only. And U all witnessed the mods reason at closure - I am however stunned that the reason denied the actual content of the article which spelt very clearly the comparison was carried out of which actress carries the dress better, not which dress was better.

The Mod Nicely replied with a google searched definition on comparison - However, I disagree at the below.

I am sorry to disagree mnx12 - Mr Damani's article mentioned - which actress carried the dress better. And he also stated - I wonder what the readers have to say about both these girls.. not dresses.

So you see - Naturally as the Original Article - Related to JDJ. As this is abt JDJ doesn't make it irrelevant to JDJ. So yes it's natural for the article to be posted in the forum... and it will be there fore discussed accordingly. Comparisons will be made - based on the last question.

Secondly the Gentleman who noticed this and mentioned this, was not wrong. He brought it to your attention.

However I am surprised that the article's intended concept was swept under the carpet, and passed off as comparison off dresses and nothing else. And all respective Mods have read and liked. Vijay has read and commented.

A Forum - means an entire Forum - not sections. India forums is a whole forum and JDJ and article sections are just sections of it.

Realistically the same moderating rules shud apply. The same standards and principles should be applied in all zones. At the moment there is no fair usuage policy. It is very much selective, and alot of members are penalised for having done nothing wrong themselves.

If there wasn't anything wrong in the article or if it was making a comparison on the dress and nothing else - then it would NOT have been amended to this,

Simple thing was to have said - yes this is an error in the article- but we would like members to follow the rules of their current forums and not indulge in actor comparisons as usual.

BUT instead - It was not only denied but every mod marked their presence.

This is FAIR Moderation?

These gorgeous actresses and good friends Sanaya Irani and Drashti Dhami coincidentally wore similar outfits on the stage of Colors' Dancing Reality show.

While Drashti wore it two years back in her debut performance on Jhalak Dikhlaa Jaa 6, Sanaya wore this similar outfit for the current season of Jhalak dikhla Jaa 8 in the second week.

Undoubtedly both are looking smoking hot in this beautiful dress, we wonder what the readers have to say about this divas that are looking alike in this elegant dress.

I'm sure you have a good understanding of my purpose of bringing this up. Once any reason is given after a post closure, correct or incorrect it's done and dusted and people don't usually bother following up - as it just becomes a futile process as no one is then any longer interested in listening. However This closure was witnessed by all level of Moderation team... yet no one picked up on this. Pata nahin kyun 🤔 - BUT I'm sorry I can't sit and watch and click like and move on from such. Hence I have to address it bec we trust the mods to be balanced and fair - and sharp. I'm surprised all levels of moderation failed here - Not just top to bottom but from top to the very top! 😃

If not all mods had read and liked - I wud have kept silent - BUT we trust the mods to be balanced and fair - and sharp. I'm surprised all levels of moderation failed us.

Exactly...they can make comparison articles in the TB but wen we discuss it in the forum ,then we are the criminals... if you dont want any comparison posts, then dont publish any...as simple as that...and if you have published it, then let the discussion go on the article...Mods closed both the topics and made sure to mark presence on Boss's thread... a very biased and wrong comment to the question... i bet the answer would have been different if it was some crazy fan girl... a big thumbs down for this discrimination! 👎🏼
